Pros: It works like a charm, I bought it because I upgraded from a 60GB mSATA to a 256GB, but my motherboard supponrts only one mSATA device, so if you neet to sell or use the mSATA in a standard MoBo you can use it, it really works, it has a really good Read/Write speed, like a Standard SATA SSD.

Cons: No housing case, if you want to mount it in a standard rack, its a little hard to find how to hold it in, maybe a little box of plastic or something with the standard 2.5'' lateral screw holes.

Other: The gadget is very useful when you don't have any mSATA ports available.
