Pros: Really Loud.. on setting between 0 and 1 I can hear very well
1-5 settings is only for those who have almost lost their Hearing

Cons: No off switch, left it on zero over night next morning the battery died ... don know if the problem is from the batteries or the device consumes power on zero.
also the ear plug is wedged on the device without anything to hold it in place so sometimes when you remove it the rubber get stuck inside your ear.

Other: Worth the price , comes with carrying case so you don't lose it

Pros: Robust design, good equipment set for different size ears, batteries included. easy to set up and use, the battery can be placed in only one position, the polarity can not be confused. Understand even elderly people. Provides sufficient volume gain for ludey with razlichnyim hearing.

Cons: At night bataretsku should definitely get, otherwise discharged. Sometimes fonit near a TV and telephone.
