Cons: Some materials (butter, cheese) "stuck" to knives, hard to remove. Ceramic knives are fragile, should do additional care on those knives.

Pros: Extremely sharp and good quality ceramic knifes. After few months of use, still sharp like new. Handle is good material and you wil get a good grip, designing of handle could be better.

Cons: Ceramic knives are fragile. No Con really, just a fact. The holder looks a bit 'cheap-plastic' but perfroms ok. Edges very sharp also cut paper as the razor. Handles of knifes made of a material which doesn't slide in a hand.
