    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: At first we were surprised with the quality of cut, being careful to heed the instructions. Glad to finally have a knife that cuts like have to cut, the design is nice and slightly outrageous.

    Cons: It is dull, do not know how to be sharpened as ceramic eal I doubt that one is equal sharpen steel. Now I understand why they are not so widespread these ceramic knife

    Other: Between that dull and you have to be careful because you can break is an article I would only recommend that if you find a sharpener that is compatible with the knife
