Large LCD Count Down Timer

Pros: + Counts up (from 0) and counts down (set your time) + Large LCD Display, very easy to read + Simple setup, just insert battery + No annoying screws to remove if you want to change the battery + Awesome alarm when your time is finished

Cons: - Minutes and second labels flash every time the clock goes down by a second. Quite annoying until you get used to it
- Beeps for every minute you add. Annoying when you have to set up 70 minutes of time.
- lack of on/off button, you must remove the battery
- Color quite random, the box shows blue, the DX images show white, I got purple, but I'm happy.

Other: An awesome product for timing yourself doing things, or alerting when something is complete, like your food is finished cooking.

Pros: Second one purchased. My daughter took the first one to college 3 months ago because it was easy to set. Excellent for kitchen and general shop use. I'm slightly hard of hearing and I like it because it has a loud alarm.

Cons: Beeps at every key press. (But that's not really bad.)

Other: Was cheaper the second time around, but this time it was white. Looks better in the kitchen.

Pros: * Large display * Very loud buzzer * Countdown can be paused and resumed * Countdown can be paused and modified

Cons: * The magnet is not strong * Weight is not balanced (because the battery goes on one side), therefore when the magnet is used it tends to fall. * There was no need for such a loud beeps each time you increment a second or minute the counter. * You can not choose the color, mine is white.

Other: I'm using it in the kitchen and I am happy with itso far. It is a good deal for the price.

Pros: Great little Kitchen timer to have attached onto your fridge, for when baking, or putting anything in the oven, and you don't want to use the microwave of timer on the oven. -Very loud and can be heard from across the house -Very clear buttons -Very strong push button response

Cons: -None that can be found -The little magnet on the back of the counter, is a little weak, i replaced it with 2 little neodymium ones i had which did the job, but it still does the job

Other: Get this little timer, its great and it very dependable, i will be using this in the future for a long time and has a very nice build quality

Pros: - Screen is easy to read
- Has a fold-out stand for table-top
- Has a (weak) magnet for sticking to steel
- Only requires 1 x AAA battery
- Loud enough alarm
- Allows you to "reset" the countdown back to the starting value (useful for exercise etc.)

Cons: - Poor construction - Mine came with the wire to the negative battery contact unstuck from solder blob. Therefore unworking out-of-the-box.
- Magnet on back is weak, and with the weight of a battery inside it will gravitationally rotate when mounted with the magnet.

Other: Basically a good timer for the money - perfect for replacing a broken oven timer (although the magnet is pretty pathetic) or for exercise (eg. If you do an exercise for 5 minutes with left arm, and then 5 minutes with right arm) as the timer can be reset to same starting value and the buttons are fairly easy to press if you have gloves on or sweaty hands.
Was a bit annoying that it was broken straight out of the box but only took a small philips head screwdriver, a pair of scissors and 10 minutes to repair to working state.

Pros: This is a nice useful timer that I bought here to replace a old broken timer. The things I like about it are it is so very simple to use, it only take one aaa size battery that is easy to replace, it's quick to set, and the buzzer rings loud. I use it in my kitchen to time cooking food.

Cons: I really don't see any cons.

Other: Want a nice timer for a good price? Get this one. Or go to your local store and pay more

- Has magnet and clip for mounting
- Runs on 1 x AAA battery
- Alarm is loud
- Excellent price

Cons: - Build quality quite poor

Other: If you need a cheap and effective timer, you could do worse.

Pros: * The alarm is very loud and repeats until you turn it off, so you can go out of the room hwre you´re using it since is very likely you´ll hear it anyway. * The magnet is pretty powerful. * Very large screen. * Very low battery consumption. * Easy to use.

Cons: * Even the magnet is powerful, it has a small surface compared with the product. A wider magnet will be better. * The overall build quality is not great, but is all about the functionality

Other: * Great deal for the price, became a key device for cooking, and some other home tasks

Pros: - Big and easy to read
- Magnet on back to attach to objects
- Button bleep when pressed
- Loud alarm
- Nice little stand that you can flip out and slides under the clip on the back and it stands up
- Clip on back (not sure what you would use it for)
- Build quality looks great
- Easy to replace battery - just pop open lid and slot in
- Uses aaa's - should easly find replacement battery

Cons: - Probley guess it would only go to 99mins and 99secs looking at the screen
- No batteries included

Other: Not a bad buy. It works and you can easy find replacement batteries should it run out

Pros: Very simple and intuitive to use, has a large LCD screen and the buzzer is a good volume.
uses AAA Battery. Usefull clip, magnet and stand means it will work in just about any application.

Cons: only does 99mins & 99 seconds
lettering on the buttons is crooked as per the photos, makes it look a little nasty

Other: Great little unit for the price, recomended if you have use for a countdown timer
