Leather Band Self-Winding Mechanical Wrist Watch

Pros: Love it. it's huge, but impressive.
runs smooth, and accuratley.
screw on stainless back with window.
the decorative dials look expensive and busy, but it just simply tells time.
the strap/band is padded leather with "gator" or lizard texture. looks, smells, and feels like leather. big watch, but fits my small wrist nicely, no extra holes punched in the band.
very nice finish on case. stainless steel? chrome plated "metal"? probably ???

Cons: none with the watch at all, but one. the rear window is prone to breaking during shipping. wich makes this more of a shipping problem. DX is considering putting these in little boxes, the way flashlights are pakaged. i hope so. mine was broken, but i fixed it myself instead of sending it back. DX customer service was great. if you have a problem, give them a chance to fix it.

Other: you can get one of these automatics for what a cheap quartz would cost in the store. they both will tell time, but the auto will be a lot more interesting.

Pros: Incredible! This watch is very pretty and it's mechanical, so you don't need to change the batteries.
If you love mechanics, sure you will love see the parts moving inside.

Cons: The packaging could be better.

Pros: Looks amazing

Cons: The leather isn't top quality obviously, you'll see that after a while, it'll start stretching in the hole you use most often, but I guess that's kinda normal.
All I have to complain about was that mine shipped with a broken hinge/the little piece that connects the strap to the main body. Mine was pretty much broken and useless, so I went ahead to Sears and got it fixed for 5$, and guess what, DX is so amazing that they're refunding me the 5$ for repairs, cause if not, I'd have to send it back to them, which costs money AND time, not an option.

Other: Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase, I wouldn't hesitate buying another one. You can also ask for extra bubble wrap I hear, so do so if you're unsure.

Pros: - People goes OHMIGOT! two handreds bucks watch!!, they just don't belive it cost less than US$20;
- well it's an nice looking watch;
- skeleton mechanism is very nice;
- acurate time (at least by now);
- Good to give as gift since looks expensive.

Cons: - The leather band is not genuine and not good, looks very fragile, but with mose US$20 you can buy one to replace and have an watch that looks like 300$ ones;
- I asked extra bubble wrap for shipping but the extra was not very much, but thankfuly nothing happened to the watch;
- I don't know if twisting the mechanism will break it, so take care.

Pros: keeps good time if you keep it wound properly.

Cons: if you don't wind it, it will run slow.
band seems a little on the cheap side.
this watch is THICK. pictures do not show this clearly. it's almost half an inch thick, which keeps me from wearing it often.
could also be a little lighter.
also, sometimes it is a little hard to make out the time because the hands may be hard to see in certain conditions.

Other: works well. looks cool. a bit bulky for my taste.
if you can deal with the size and the weight, get it.

Pros: Wow! Looks fantastic! A nice weight on the hand and really nice looks and pretty stylish.
The price is ridiculous for this watch.
The Roman numbers who fit the clock handles add a nice touch to it.
So far stays tuned even after a good 8 hours off my hand.
