Leather Band Self-Winding Mechanical Wrist Watch

Pros: - Super cheap.
- Looks gorgeous.
- No battery!
- Light and comfortable.

Cons: - The "windows" don't seem to be made from glass but from some type of plastic. Not necesserely a bad thing because the front window seems to be quite tough. The one on the back however is crap. Mine had a crack in the middle.
- No box. It was wrapped in a wad of bubble wrap and then put into an envelop. That's probably why the back window on mine was cracked.

Other: It's a beauty and a real steal at this price. It's just a shame that it's always sold out.

Pros: the title says it all.
this one is the same watch as sku16037
with the obvious differences in appearance.
but the difference is really attractive.
it is huge.
i'll note the basics:
chrome plated brass case, w/ss screw on case back
w/rear window.
brown padded leather strap w/gator skin
pattern and ss buckle.
the white face with goldtone mechanicals
really pops and catches the eye.
it should be as accurate and as smooth as
the other watches in the "tachymetre" series.
very great looking watch,
it gets oohs and wows everytime someone sees it.
the price just make it that much more attractive.

Cons: none at all.
although it is very prone to the rear glass breaking.
this one arrived intact with bubble wrap
around the important parts.

Other: this series of watches is so attractive.
of coarse it's not going to have the accuracy of a quartz,
or the accuracy of a multi thousand dollar rolex.
but they do very well in accuracy.
the sku16037 i've has since late oct 08
is accurate to about 10 seconds a month now.
i wear it a lot.
it seems like the longer i wear it the better it runs.
get one or two if you like it.
they're worth it.

Pros: - Looks, really looks the part.
- Leather band, I can't/won't really use a metal band so this was the one for me.
- Price, looks several times more expensive than the price.

Cons: - Small dial not in use
- No date dial
- about an 1min early/veek

Other: This watch really looks the part and for the unbeatable price you could buy several for the price of one as astounding looking watch. Gotten several compliments for the watch already and that could not believe the value.

Pros: It's very cheap and feels sturdy. Looks nice (a bit flashy, perhaps). Less than a minute retard in two days.

Cons: The design is very poor. Has a fake speedometer (the outer black ring) and two fake small spheres (the chronometer and another one with no discernible utility) Most of the sphere is transparent letting you see the inner wheels and springs. Unfortunately, the hands are very thin and the same color than the machinery, sou it is impossible to know the time at a first, quick glance. Depending the time, I have to put the watch a feet from my face and look at it for half a minute.

Other: Buy it if you have a very good sight or if you don't mind what hour is it.

Pros: This watch is stylish, comfortable, and fairly accurate. The spring is robust enough to allow 12-24 hours of continuous run time without rewinding. It's skeletonized, so you can see the inner workings do their thing.

Cons: The tach band is for display only. The watch face is very large, make sure you have a big wrist before ordering this! Also, the watch casing is significantly thicker than comparable Swiss self-winding wristwatches. It's massive.

Other: Good watch for the price.

Pros: I’m owning this watch for 8 months now. This really is a very nice watch. I also get a lot of great response from other people. It has a beautiful gold-looking inner mechanism which makes a great contrast with the white background. The genuine leather strap is of good quality. Till now the watch is keeping the time very well (runs +- 1 or 2 seconds a day behind, which, in my opinion, is totally acceptable)

Cons: The hands are not always immediately visible, they “disappear” in the background of the mechanism of the watch. But I accept this and use this searching time to admire the rest of my beautiful watch.
The hands are not really glowing in the dark, but ok.
No box available.

Pros: good time keeping (+- less than 1 sec per week). good looking. the "see true inside very shinny. alomost like mirrors

Cons: upper center of outter basell and inner '12'oclock are not in a same angle.(noticible, about 3'/360degree) looked like a faulty product.

Other: 20 bucks and a decent looking timer. correct time keeping. could be better than switzerlandian made (no offending) watches if adding 'price' for one of the decision factors.
