LED Digital Mouthpiece Alcohol Concentration Tester w/ 6 Mouthpieces (2 x AA)

Pros: It's a nice gadget, fun to have arround in partys. It seems to be fairly accurate. Housing is compact, elegant black, build quality is good. It is easy to use - just turn it on, wait for 15 seconds for the tester to warmup and blow for 5-10 seconds. Results are displayed in a few secs.

Cons: None so far! Seems to be working just fine.

Other: Not really sure how accurate it is. It should only be used for reference in whether the driver can drive. Shall not be regarded as the justification of driving after drinking. Overall, it is a nice tester, would recommend!

Pros: The product seems well built, if it had a brand name printed on it, it would seem like a quality product you would by in a european shop. It calibrates before each use. You can see it by the counter counting from 150 to 0. If you blow alcohol breath while calibrating, it tries to calibrate again. If it fails, wait for a minute or two and try again. It seems to me that the measure results are accurate. I have not cross-compared with another device, but when used correctly, I got the same result when measuring 5 minutes apart. Only 0,01 promille difference between the two measurements.

Cons: When finished measuring, it keeps beeping and blinking the result for 20 or so seconds before it turns off. You cant turn off the sound when the results show.

Other: Good value for money. In Norway the driving limit is 0,2 promille. So even if the green light does not turn red before hitting 0,5 it doesnt matter since there is a numeric readout of the value on the display.

Pros: The tester is very very simple in use. There is just one button you have to push on and it will countdown till the display announces BLOW. After approx 5 sec normal blowing it wil beep and you can read out your promilage of alcohol in your blood. A green led tells you that you are safe (0,5 and lower) It is delivered with five mouthpieces you can clean and reuse. Just fun at parties to check y

Cons: The countdown before you can start blowing takes approx 20 sec.

Other: A lot of friends are very enthousiastic when they used this tester. The price is less than 5 disposable testers.

Pros: Provides consistent readings, repeatable. Very easy to use, keep it in your car

Cons: Battery door prone to fall off.

Other: Good price / quality product, with consistent result, should be compared with an official tester for precision assessment. Sometimes a strange behaviour, but without consequences.

Pros: - It works! - With 0.01 of tolerance - 6 mouthpieces - Great LED numbers

Cons: - cheap structure, maybe will break on strong hits. - slow to be ready for another use - sometimes the countdown fails, restarting at end. - Need too time blowing to give result.

Other: Anyway, is the best from Dx.com!

Pros: The tester works amazing, its very easy to operate and it comes with english instructions so you can use it with no problems at all. It also comes with 6 mouthpieces so you can change them in case you have to borrow it. Also it comes in a nice box well protected from the shipping.

Cons: When you test and get 0.00 of acohol, it makes 15 beeps until it turns off. This could be a bit annoying for some people.

Other: The plastic of making looks good, no problems with that.
