What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: - small size makes it easy to store.
- comes with Bluetooth dongle and it is stored within the unit, making this travel friendly and portable.
- the style makes it easy to use - it's like having a blackberry on your hand.
- great replacement of keyboard / mouse combo in your living room
Cons: - lack of a scrolling wheel (have to use page up / down button to compensate)
- cannot click using the scroll ball, must use the L / R click buttons
Other: Overall it's a great purchase.
- serves its purpose as a replacement to keyboard / mouse
- saves space

Pros: I bought this one for my HTPC. The trackball works better than i thought and the build quality is excellent. Everything is really sturdy. Typing goes fast but does take a litte practice.
Cons: The glossy surface is a fingerprint magnet. I miss a scroll wheel and a docking station with rechargable batteries would be great (but not necessary).
The greatest problem is that it has an on/off button. I'd rather had that this would go automaticly like the most logitech stuff. Feels a bit old scool. And I hope i'd never forget to turn it off.
Other: Great keyboard for a small price. I'd really recommend it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Good operating distance. Not an IR device, so HTPC doesn't have to be in sight.
- Compact
- Works also in Linux and OSX (this is written with subject connected to iMac with Snow Leopard)
Cons: - Still looking for correct charset...
- Media buttons are dead @OSX since layout setup does not recognize the type of keyboard. However, mouse and non-special-char buttons work with no hassle (when skipping that layout setup).
Other: A great wireless keyboard/mouse for any HTPC.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: This mini-keyboard is a great replacement for the keyboard and mouse I had for my HTPC. The trackball is amazingly easy to use and typing on the keyboard is similar to texting on a phone.
Cons: Reception was a bit sketch when I had the receiver plugged into the back of my HTPC. On/off switch can be a hassle after a while.
Other: This is an excellent add-on or replacement for a HTPC. Clears a lot of space on the coffee table as well when you ditch the old keyboard and mouse. Stop thinking and buy it!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Small form factor. Well built keys and trackball. No loose parts. Genuine Lenovo. Plug and play - works flawlessly. On/off switch to save batteries. Super small receiver.
Cons: No function keys! As far as I have it, I haven't found a way to alt+F4 directly. No fullscreen F11. No refresh F5. No view F3, edit F4, copy F5, move F6, new dir F7, delete F8 in Total Commander and other commander-like programs.
Other: Maybe I might use some hotkey program to assign key combinations to simulate function keys. Bottomline, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Good one :)

Pros: Does the job of being able to control my HTPC from over 5m away very well, Ease of set up and use, So easy my Partner can use it.. Works really well being over 5m away from our HTPC..
Cons: None really.. Feels a bit delicate but over all no real bad points. Track ball moves sometimes when you tilt/ move the remote. about the only "issue"
Other: Great Unit for HTPC use over 5m away, Very easy to use. Can't complain about the price. top little unit. perfect size for HTPC tasks...
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Very good build quality - Good range - Small, works perfectly as a remote - At the same time, has all the buttons of a computer keyboard. - easy to use, even though the bottons are super small
Cons: - The mouse buttons placement is not very comfortable - interferes with trackball operation - Lack F1-F10 keys
Other: If you need a remote for an HTPC, then get this one. Period.

Pros: first it looks nice it is easy to use fells strong come in a nice little box just pluged it in and it worked on windows 7
Cons: NO F1 to F10 keys ball rattles a little but works just fine just being picky NO F1 to F10 keys
Other: if you like the look of it u will like it
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Nice little keyboard. Setup is quick on Windows 7 (just plug the USB receiver and in two seconds you are ready to go). Very small (I see it as a pro). Basic multimedia keys (start, stop, volume, mute). Good working range (see below)
Cons: As many others have noted, there are no Function Keys (F1-F12). I guess we'll need some hack to have them working with some kind of trick/macro. Trackball very small and not too sturdy. Battery lid is flimsy, be careful!
Other: I use it to control my HTPC from the couch. It's perfect for this use. Of course if you need to type long texts, this is not the keyboard for you.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Pretty cheap for a mini keyboard (vs logitech ripoff!) Build quality is excellent USB dongle is very small Range is excellent
Cons: No function keys No mouse scroll wheel (boo) Left / Right mouse buttons are part of the casing
Other: A little difficult to get used to coming from a full-size keyboard! I had a Shintaro wireless k/b for my HTPC before the numeric keys stopped working. This is an able replacement that takes very little space and is easier to hide from the toddler (who has a great time moving the trackball on the shintaro, bashing the keys, and seeing the result on the screen). Will never be as fast to type as a full size k/b but for media functions and casual typing (it's main purpose) it's great, highly recommended.
