- Before using the helmet, make sure it fits correctly, the straps are properly adjusted and the chin strap is tight enough
- Put the helmet on in the correct position
- Ensure that the helmet does not fall too far in front of the forehead or too far behind
- When the strap method is correctly adjusted, move the helmet backwards and forwards
- It should not topple off your head, if your helmet moves too far backward, tighten the straps in front; if it moves too far forward, tighten the straps behind
- Turn the dial anti-clockwise until the wheel system is fully extended
- Correctly fit the helmet as per previous instruction
- Then adjust the wheel system by turning the wheel / disc clockwise to tighten and anti-clockwise to loosen
- The wheel system should be tightened until it feels comfortable
- Avoid over tightening as it may become uncomfortable during wearing
- If this happens simple adjust the wheel very slightly anti-clockwise
