Pros: It's a good charger for unprotected 18650 bateries. When the green LED lights up after charging, the battery is somewhere between 4.16 and 4.19 Volts.
Cons: It's really tight! Protected UniqueFire Cells (29031) don't fit easily and the plastic protection of the battery will be damaged when inserted or removed. 1 -2 mm more space would be enough. But the plastig got weak when I tried to widen it.
Other: I use the charger for unprotected cells I salvaged from laptop battery packs. Since I use unprotected LiPo Cells in my model planes, I'm not scared of it. Unprotected cells just have to be handled a bit more carefully.

Pros: A decent charger but not fantastic. The best things about this charger is that it is a small single slot charger. This is handy for when you travel and only need to charge one battery. Battery does fit all unprotected and some protected 18650 batteries. If you are using protected batteries, I can confirm that Trustfire 2400mah batteries (SKU.5776) does fit in this charger. Charger plugs directly into the wall and does not require a cable.
Cons: Batteries will max out at 4.17V but the charger does not automatically shut off. Instead, it continues to trickle charge. Charger will also not fit some protected batteries so buyer beware! Charge rate is only 250mA so expect a long charge time for most batteries.
Other: The idea of the charger not having an automatic shut-off worries me. This, plus the fact that it can take 6-8 hours to fully charge a battery is a big concern. Do not leave this charger unattended! This charger is handy for travel but for a dedicated at-home charger, get something else.

Pros: This works best for my new flashlight i just got also from here too the light only needs two batts (one in the light and one in the charger. i think for the price it is a good buy.
Cons: It is made ok not the best but i have seen lesser quality but nutting a little superglue wont fix
Other: get this if u only have one device that runs this type of batt. there is not much that it can do really the case is the only thing that might fall apart but not a big deal with me just super glue it back and it will hold better than new

Pros: If you only use 18650 Lithium batteries this is probably a good buy. There are about 6 different 18650 battery chargers listed in DX. Maybe a good idea to read all of the specs and reviews first? But for cheap this one has worked well for me because when I travel I only take flashlights using this size battery and the charger is small enough to easily fit luggage and I do not need 4 different chargers that only charge one specific size etc.
If you are going to be charging a variety of sizes and NI MH and other types you could even use a one cell at a time battery charger like SKU 47499. The choices are
Cons: If you travel to other countries you will need an adapter to fit the plug into different shapes of sockets. I have used this in Europe and with an adapter it worked well with 240V current
Other: If you only use 18650 batteries and do not need to charge them often: this works.

Pros: * Simple; Cheap; Small * Measured 4.21V after charging * No trickle charge observed after leaving it ON for 6 extra hours
Cons: * LED indicators are not intuitive
Other: * This is a good choice for someone that needs to charge a backup batter for a flashlight, for instance. * This is not a good choice for someone that needs to charge multiple batteries quickly.

Pros: -Really a cheap charger for 18650 batteries.
-Great if you don't need a super fast charge, is enought for uses like low voltaje leds and others similars.
-Ready for 240 V european, so if you buy it, you will not have any problems.
-Stop when batteries is full
Cons: -If you are european you MUST buy an adapter
-Not easy to take out the battery once inside of the charger, I think that was a con, but it depends
Other: If you only 1 battery ready for basic use, this is the right thing, if you need more, maybe you shoul buy other chargers.
But anyway, good gadget for good price

Pros: It charges the battery without issue.
Has 2 leds. One red so that you know contact has been made and a green for when charging cycle is complete.
Feels rugged enough that it could handle some abuse.
Cons: Using a protected 18650 battery the battery sits awkwardly in the charger, it does make contact and charge.
Other: If you need a charger for just one battery this is the way to go. It works for a good price.

Pros: Compact, good finish, indicator lights for on state and charged state. Pins are adequate for US mains sockets - others will of course require an adapter.
Cons: This single battery charger has a good shape but suffers from a dimensional problem - it's too short, so that a 18650 UltraFire Protected battery doesn't fit completely. It does make contact, so it works but is anyway a flawed design.
Other: Good, does work, but flawed
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is affordable and somewhat easy to use (if you can get the cell into it--see the cons for more information).
Cons: There's really only one con. Unfortunately, it is a big one. Two of the 18650 cells I bought (sku.20392) to use with this charger don't even fit in it. While another two I have (sku.5790) fit with some effort (and even more effort to remove them).
Other: I have two of these chargers and will likely be modifying one of them to see if I can get my cells to fit nicely, otherwise I'll be buying a different charger.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: This charger, charges the cells when needed. The price is right, I purchased two of these chargers in order to keep my flashlight cells topped up while travelling and at home.
Cons: None of the 18650 lithium cells I have will fit properly into this charger. Each cell can be made to fit but the plastic wrapping on the cell is damaged when you try to remove it from the charger.
Other: If you have an 18650 cell that is short enough this charger may be right for you. Otherwise, it will require some modification or you run the risk of damaging your cells. That said, with care it is possible to use this charger
