Pros: Cheaper than buying dedicated macro lenses, with results that look far better than the <$10 price tag would suggest.
Threads seemed to be good quality, and everything fit my Nikon D70s smoothly.
Cons: Only works with completely manual lenses (manual focus and aperture)
The QC department managed to miss the release screw not being in the pin - it was screwed into the spring UNDER the pin. I had to fix this to release it from my lense (SCARY)
Other: If you have manual aperture lenses and want to feel out macro photography, this is a good way to feel out the water without forking over $300 for a new lense.

Pros: It'll serve for some experimentation, but don't expect to produce professional results. It did fit on my Nikon D60 just fine, but of course it's not "smooth," it's a rough fit if you follow. rough metal to metal, I was slightly worried I'd get metal bits in my camera. Hasn't happened though.
Cons: Although this may be true for all extension tubes in this category, (I haven't used others), these seemed to produce poor results. But for the price.. it's worth a little fun. Watch for screws on the product, you don't want to get it stuck on your camera. Hasn't happened with me but it might jam or something.
Other: Fun to play with for the price, but I'm buying macro filters for my lenses now - I think they'll provide MUCH better results for only slightly more cost, and won't require me taking 50+ photos to get one in focus since I can still autofocus, unlike with these.

Pros: - cheap - works as advertised - metal
Cons: - need to learn how to mount it properly - sharp edges - paint peels off
Other: Unbeatable fun for the price. Extremely handy for clicking macros without spending too much.

Pros: Completely manual, simple and straightforward. Mine has good build quality, and works, assuming the subject has enough illumination. It's cheaper than a good set of screw-on macro filters, and gives exceptionally better photos.
Cons: Completely manual. This doesn't connect the signal between the lens and the camera, so apeture and focus are stuck (unless your lens lets you adjust manually). You need a lot more light with tubes then you do with macro-filters. The more extended you make it, the more light you need. Don't try to use all three together unless you've got a floodlight on your subject! Because this is so simple and manual, it doesn't need much care or protection, but the threads are a little delicate. Keep the kit together in your bag!
Other: If you want to take macro photos on the cheap, this is way way better than a macro-filter.

Pros: Great macros with a great price. Good buy!!
Cons: I have had a big problem because the small screw that is in the part that get atached to the camera body. So I wasn't able to release the tubes from the camera, and I had to go to the tech service...
But now I've removed that small screw and I have the tubes working perfectly in my Nikon D80..
Other: I'm so happy with my tubes!!! ;)

Pros: it is cheap and works. It fits my nikon d3000 perfectly. You just need to open the diafragm before removing the objetive. Because you will not be able once you separete the objetive from the camera. moreover, the autofocus will be disabled and you will have to focus manually, fair enough.
Cons: Two rings got stuckeck and I can not separate them. It works fine anyway, I just can not have diferent combinations of rings.
Other: Buy it and experiment with macro.

Pros: 1) 3 different segments to fit your needs.
2) Fits great in my Nikon D90 (previously removing the little screw. See purkinje17 post: http://www.dealextreme.com/forums/Forums.dx/Page.2~Forum.12458~threadid.632628
3) It's cheap
4) Built in metal
5) Take a look at the photos I've taken with the tubes and published in DX
Cons: 1) Take off the tiny little screw in the camera mounting segment because you'll probably have troubles then to demount it.
2) Sharped edges.
3) Doesn't have instructions but it's easy to figure out how it works.
Other: Great deal if you want to take macro photos and you don't want to buy expensive gears.
It's not easy but it's challenging.

Pros: -Great inexpensive way of turning your older lens into a macro lens
-Went on and off without a hitch on my D7000
-Offers a significant increase in focal length with your current lens
Cons: -You MUST have a lens with an aperture ring (older lenses)
-A caveat with this technique of creating a macro lens is you lose light -- not sure how much but I'm reading a fullstop -- so low light won't work too well unless you have a lens with a super wide aperture
-Some people may have to fiddle with it to get it nice and snug when using more than one of the spacers at the same time
-Lens may fasten incorrectly (does not snap in) if inserted at the wrong slot point --- it will still screw in, but the small bolt that clips/locks the lens into place will not engage -- just remember to fasten the lens with the white dot indicator (if your lens has one) so that it's lined up with your camera body
-Don't lose the screw that comes with it -- it's a tab to pull the lens lock
Other: If you don't want to spend the big bucks for a macro lens and you've got an older lens with an aperture ring, you should definitely give this a try! Just be prepared for a little fiddling around with it to get it secured right, but it's really not that bad. I've been using it for a little while and I'm quite comfortable with it. I've had no issues with the spacer getting stuck to my D7000's body. In and out, just like a normal lens.

Pros: Cheap. Relatively easy to understand and use. Customizable (in the way that there are different "modes".
Cons: Eject-button/pin not problem-free. You can only use it for optics with manual focus.
Other: Useful and good considering the price.

Pros: In resume is good.... Good construction and works great.... It has a good build, seems to be durable. After awhile you conseguirar easily fit the extension... Very good price. This one in Brazil is much more expensive...
Cons: Dont work with the 18-55mm KIT lenses... The joints are not perfect, but they work....
Other: If you have lenses compatible and want photos macro, it is a good buy...
