Magic Wooden Box with Secret Drawer

Pros: - Fun for all first-timers - Everyone who first saw it spent quite a while trying to figure it out

Cons: - When I first opened the package, there was a strange pungent smell to it. Caused some irritation to my throat. Had to let it sit for a while to let the smell dissipate
- After about 2 or 3 people handling it, the sliding mechanism lost its friction, and the 'hidden' drawer became loose, and thus, easily revealing its secret

Other: Get one, anyone who's uninitiated will be driven nuts for a few moments! Fun for everyone!

Pros: I couldn't figure it out.... my parents, uncle couldn't figure it out... we could see the separation trail but just couldn't figure out how to open it

Cons: it scratched my hand when I pulled it out :( I piece of wood got stuck in my finger. The drawer in the middle isn't really well built at all...

Pros: Fun puzzle to frustrate friends

Cons: I had seen one of these before but could not get mine open because the inner draw was so tight you have to use a blade to slide it out. I ended up breaking the small wooden piece on the end of the draw and will have to glue it back on and sand down the draw a bit.

Other: A clever puzzle

Pros: Sturdy build construction, difficult to figure out without the pictures.

Cons: Drawer may get loose after repeated openings/closings.
Glue on joints gives away the secret.

Other: A unique gift idea that is well worth the money.

Pros: It's really hard to understand how to open it. But it's so interesting!!

Cons: Box quality not the best. My had big splinter missing.

Other: Nice.Fun. Buy one or two.

Pros: I've bought something alike here in Holland and thought it was very fun as a gift (for examle, to give money to a friend for his birthday). Only here in holland I payed a lot more.. - Item looks nice (looks handmade) - Hidden drawer is nicely hidden - price (cheap)

Cons: Mine has a small gap near the drawer, but becouse the whole thing looks hand-made it doesn't matter (becouse the receiver won't think it's the compartment but just a small error in building it)

Other: Have 1 or more 'in stock' for (unexpected) birthdays.

Pros: - Simple wooden box good for storing loot - Can double as a gift box.

Cons: - The wooden board inside is a bit flimsy.
- Would be nice if i can put the small drawer back the other way. Mine got a little gap on the side. For one it gives away the location of where to open. By instinct, you want to open it with the gap on top which in actually the bottom of the drawer. lol. Maybe its just mine.

Other: Simple yet interesting little fellow.

Pros: - the drawer is hard to figure out how to open by yourself, unless you look at the pictures of it open etc, and hold the box in the right places - Drawer fits tightly in the box so you know it isnt lose and wont rattle and give away its position

Cons: - One piece of my box (a cross bar i guess its called) came apart within 5 minutes. No problem, a little superglue will put it back to place (just make sure you know where you put the glue if this happens to you. You may accidently glue the drawer closed).

Other: - Cute little box puzzle. I dont know what type of item I would keep in here though, but I'll think of somthing. If you have something small you want to conceal, this is the box for you.

Pros: - the darkened wood looks really nice
- its not easy to realize how to open it
- the price is good
i gave it to my parents asking them to open it... after 2 minutes they gave up so it passes the test :)

Cons: - mine had some gaps
- you should put some foam in it becouse if you put something hard inside it will knock if shaken
- you cant put big things in it
- its not the same colour on the inside

Other: its a nice box to hide your money and so on
when i recieved it i had to open the dx site to recall how it should be open

Pros: This is nice box. Its looks like its worth much more and can be displayed for show. It is pretty hard to open so people won't easily be able to get to whats inside

Cons: The drawer is really small. You can't store anything of significant size in there. Maybe if you want to store a lighter or a usb flash drive, it would it in there. The inside is also not stained like the outside.

Other: Its a box that's hard to open. It looks reasonably good and isn't that expensive. If you want to use it for storing, maybe wait for the bigger version.
