Massa Camera Lens Hood (for 55mm Diameter Lens)

Pros: this sun visor is worth each cent!

Cons: I use this beautiful sun visor to my new lumix fz18 of panasonic. I had the sun visor a little changes thereby it to my camera fit - however the result is really very good! I find this sun visor much better than the original in the scope of supply of the camera. those is not so much long we the original and makes the camera not too large.

Other: a very good sun visor at a very good price.

Pros: Plastic quality is alright but nowhere near perfect.

Cons: The lens hood needs to be screwed into the inner lens thread. This causes the whole hood to move with the lens motor hence it might not be there where you need it to effectively reduce glare. It also makes attaching the hood quite complicated. I was expecting the the hood would be clipped to the outer rim of the lens as with the original Sony hoods.

Other: Not recommended for all Sony users who are looking for a cheap hood. Of all the DX products I've bought so far this was by far the most disappointing.
