    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Very light in weight. Easilly adjustable to any length. I'm 6'2" Very sturdy / strong. I weigh 235 lbs. Good basket and I think it's a carbide tip. Adjustable wrist straps and comfortable grips. Spring piston gives you that little push when you need it.

    Cons: Can't really think of any considering the price. I didn't care for the bright metalic blue color, so I wrapped mine with cloth camo tape for a more subtle profile. Oh, and be careful to NOT extend the poles past the "Stop" mark.

    Other: I've put 25-30 miles on these on different hiking trips with good success. These were outings with a fair amount of elevation changes.... Without a good pair of Trekking Poles, I'm not certain I would have been able to go as far and as long. Get These!
