Micro USB 2.0 1-inch Portable Hard Drive (30GB)

Pros: 1. Very well build 2. Fast enough (not less then 12MB/sec) Average speed measured in linux by "hdparm -t" and "hdparm -t --direct" is about 16-17 MB/sec. Average copy speed of 1,5 Gb file is about 12-14 MB/sec on different PC's. Faster than inner Asus EEE PC 900 SSD drive

Cons: None at all. The price may be slightly lower.

Other: As twice as cheap then 32 GB USB Flash. At least as three times faster than typical cheap USB Flash. I'll buy more.

Pros: + Reasonable price + Samsung 1.3" drive inside + Good build quality + Solid speed, faster than average usb stick + It gives a "portable usb hard drive" a whole new meaning.

Cons: - That ugly white status led, blue would be nicer. White one give a cheap look - It would be great if it could use faster disks, instead of 3600rpm - Usb port could be flexible , I'm afraid that i accidentaly kick it out of port

Other: All in all, it's a great product, and you can't beat the price to pay it for. Ultra portable drive, solid speed, solid build quality.

Pros: The product is of excellent quality. I liked the finish shows great care during manufacturing. The speed of writing and reading are very good, equivalent to any USB stick market. By having a good price and good storage capacity, is what has the best cost benefit when compared with other equivalent products, like USB keys. Appears to be quite robust. I recommend everyone and I intend to buy another.

Cons: The only things that could be considered as a defect is the size (it is a little larger than a thumb drive) and also the weight that bothers a little when carried in a pants pocket or shirt.

Other: Very useful for those looking for a product with large storage capacity.

Pros: Cheap and very portable, easy to use. Good quality and very nice. Actually 2 times in the clothes washer and one time in the pool and after leave it dry it works!! You can use that disk to make backups with any backup Soft.

Cons: only 30Gb xDDDDDD I prefer if it have 60Gb but not all can be perfect.

Other: I recommend any one to have one of these better than a simple pendrive and not recognizes as an external disk, it recognice it as a hard drisk, usefull to make security backups.

Pros: It delivers good performance. Faster than a cheap flash drive in most cases, and priced similarly.
Averages 8-10MB/sec in real-world write situations, like copying a folder which contains few large files and lots of small files.
HD Tune file benchmark shows faster writes than reads - this is very interesting.
It's quiet. Blue indicator led is not overly bright. Comes up as a "real" hard drive not as a removable drive. You can use it to boot laptops.

Cons: The USB connector is a little wobbly. The strap required tweezers to fit. A miniUSB port with extension cable could have made it smaller.

Other: It doesn't get much better than this, high performance flash drives cost at least double.

Other: To be a perfect device, the price should be more commensurate with higher capacity hard drives, considered favorably only its size.

Pros: Great little hard drive.
-Hard drive is nice size,not to big at all.
-Great workmanship, good solid construction and well made.

-Works well and fast enough in my opinion, does what it's said to do.
-good size memory 27.9gb usable space.
-No need for any program or wizard set up just plug in and it's ready to go.Can't really get any easier to use than this

Cons: To be honest I can't see any cons. Your getting more than your money's worth here.

Other: Over all there is nothing you can complain about or need from a product.
great storage for such a small devise. the only thing mine doesn't say K2 on it, it says Hyundai.OIbviuosly they make the hard drive.

Pros: - Compact and light 30Gb drive
- Nice design
- Good price (compared to flash-drives of that capacity)

Cons: - HDD surface is not very good (checked with Victoria). On other hand, this device is not meant to be used as primary storage for sensitive data. I hope it will work long enough as a device for data transfer.
- Data transfer speed is about 6-11 Mb/s. Drops down to 1-3 Mb/s on large files (12-15Gb).

Other: Nice device for transferring non-sensitive data

Pros: Good speed (3,600 rpm), low power consumption, low noise and not so warm. Very cheap. Inside there's a HU030HA samsung ZIF drive 1,3".

Cons: Inside flat cable very short. The product box was not sealed and the plastic bag conteined the portable hard drive felt like used.

Other: I used it to change my ACER A110 8GB ssd drive.
