Micro USB 5-Pin Female to 8-Pin Lightning Male Data Transfer / Charging adapter for iPhone 5 - Black

Pros: I used it with other adapters from DX: simple mini USB cabel -> mini USB to micro USB adapter -> this adapter I tested this adapter with win-laptop (Lenovo), mac-laptop (MackBookPro), USB car Cigarette Powered Charger (noname from DX: USB output 2A), USB power adapter (noname from DX, USB output 750 mA). It is just working: synced with iTunes and charges.

Cons: Basically no, but this adapter is 2 times longer than the original and when I use it with other adapters summary connector is too complex.

Other: I recommend it. Good item for good price.

Pros: Works fine on iphone 5 and ipad mini for power and data connected to car chargers, wall warts and the pc adapter. Connected to Dell PC, laptop, Samsung laptop and Macbook Air.

Cons: If the body could be slightly more tapered at the phone end, it would fit in an otterbox case a little easier.

Other: I like it. It's black. It's not white. Not sure how to get to 500 characters for a phone adapter. Bottom line? Get this adapter. I am planning on ordering more soon, assuming I can actually post this review that seems to be sub 500 characters

Pros: Plug it into any Micro USB charger or cable and you now have an iPhone 5 charger / cable. Nothing to this item really, it is simply a gender changer and seems to work well with everything I've plugged into.

Cons: The unit itself is a bit thick. As a result with some cases won't fit. In my instance I use a Pad & Quill case so it means that I constantly have to shift the iPhone when I plug in.

Other: Other than making it thinner and cheaper (it is just and adapter after-all) great product
