What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: Build quality is good. Easy to use. Cheap. Has plenty of room for water bottle plus other gear. Drain hole in bottom. Looks good. Lots of attachment points and D-rings for shoulder strap (not included).
Cons: Zippers may be a little tight, but seem to function fine. Molle straps in the back could be a little thicker on the top like they are from an inch down. Should have more color choices. Should include shoulder strap.
Other: Buy it. Cant go wrong. As stated before. A very good alternative to the origional version of this bag for less than half the price. Can hold anything you need for a day hike.

Pros: This carrier has M.O.L.L.E straps on the back, a clip on the top and 'd' rings on the sides. That makes the thing attach to your back or belt or whatever. The zippers seem fine and there is webbing on the sides for attaching other items. I looped some more 550 paracord as a just in case item. This holder will hold a 1 quart mil surplus canteen with no problems.
Cons: The inside material appears to be light nylon/plastic. I imagine that if you were to tear the lining, it would spread fast. Although the mil surplus canteen will fit, it's not wide enough for the canteen and aluminum cup for cooking.
Other: Worth the price. The digital camo isn't ideal for my likes. I would rather see woodland camo. No regrets

Pros: Seems to be very well constructed. A bit larger than the name brand competition. Holds my large SIGG bottle nicely with plenty of room for a nesting cup and some other small gear in just the main pocket.
Cons: None so far. As with all gear, the stitching can only be judged over time but nothing jumps out as a problem.
Other: Good to have, and the price can't be beat. Much more versatile than an old canteen pouch.

Pros: Bag Well made. Holds exactly what I bought it for. Clever use of space, enough tie-down points and MOLLE attachment straps. Good quality for 1/2 the price. Nice camo pattern not quite US digital but nice just the same.
Cons: Maybe just the inside plastic liner, but not a big deal.
Other: I have bought another bag for the same reason after I seen the bag was going to work for me. If you need a good bag to hold your Volcano Stove or any other use just buy it.

Pros: Some seams are double stitched. Camo patter looks good. pretty much exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for a standard 1 liter wide mouth nalgene type bottle. mine came with a loop section of velcro on the top.
Cons: On mine one of the snaps came apart immediately. A bit of epoxy should fix it.
Other: A good buy for the price if you have a backpack that lacks a water bottle pocket. Lots of options for attaching it to things as well as attaching other things to it. The snaps are a very questionable part but you could just cut the nylon off and use malice or one of the other molle type attaching devices.

Pros: Bigger than it seems on picture, easily fits 1l (32 oz.) wide-mouth bottle and fitting cup. Side pouch is big enough not only for water purifying tabs - you could put esbit stove, big survival tin, small first-aid kit or some water purifying filter in there. It has molle on both sides and on the pouch (this one has velcro as well), so you can attach some additional stuff on it: knife, torchlight or whatever you see fit for your lvl 1 kit. It is also big enough to put eg. small tarp in place of canteen.
Cons: Back straps and zippers looks fragile - you probably want to be gentle with them, which is a big disadvantage if you're thinking of making it lvl 1 kit base. Inside is rubber-lined and in my experience similar rubber linings tends to break and peel off, especially after winter. I found numerous punctures in fabric and rubber lining. Nothing you can't fix, but still...
Other: For this price it's not bad deal. I will get one or two more and use them as side pouches on my small 35l backpack - they're just big enough to fit some raingear or shelter, or... well, mostly

Pros: low price, reasonableness of the design, very convenient thing, doubtless plus is existence of fastening MOLLE on both sides and on the pouch (this one has velcro as well), so you can attach some additional stuff on it: knife, torchlight or whatever you see fit for your lvl 1 kit. It is also big enough to put eg. small tarp in place of canteen.
Cons: quality of assembly, I managed the goods with poor stitched seam.
Other: quite normal thing, thinking arranges for such price. If you need a good bag to hold your Volcano Stove or any other use just buy it.

Pros: This bag is very functional. It does fit the 1 liter Nalgene Stainless bottle with GSI cup with it and still more room on the cover for some additional survival kits. It also fits my Kleen Kanteen stainless bottle with GSI cup as well and still have room on the cover. The molle part is really amazing. You can add molle pouch. The external molle pouch can be a first aid a survival kits, small binocular. The main pocket is also useful to put additional survival kits, or fire starting kit. The main pocket fits an ESBIT stove together with its fuel Really useful if you love the outdoor. It has multiple carrying system. You can either get an extra strap or made one and hook it on the two D-Rings. Other than the D-Ring on the side, it also has molle snap behind where you can attach to your molle gear, vest or molle compatible bag or even ALICE bag. There is also a snap hook where you can use for carrying or attached to bag as well.
Cons: No cons for this item. Very nice!
Other: This is must for people who loves the outdoor or who often loves to go hiking, camping or kayaking. It has a multitude of carrying system from molle attachements, to simple hooking or by puting a dedicate shoulder strap. I would order another for my son...
