Mini 1080P Full HD Media Player with AV/YPrPb/HDMI/USB/SD/MMC

Pros: It can play 1080p files - not all, but 2 out of 3 I have tried so far. Se more details under "Other Thoughts". It's tiny in size. It's noiseless. It doesn't get hot. The interface is clean and intuitive. It has HDMI out and 1080p signal out. It displays subtitles and you can change size (up to a point) and color.

Cons: The remote is tiny and not very ergonomical, at least not for grown men. Will not play all files 1080p-files, but I guess that's not to be expected anyway. It has flat plug american style ac/dc-adaptor, so remember to buy a adaptor if you live in Europe (sku 3529).

Other: I think this is great value. Plays 1080p-files and has HDMI-out.

Pros: Works great! So far tested with .MKV (1080p!!!) .RMVB .MP4 .AVI and plays all files smoothly, can FF @ 32X in 1080p without losing sync. Subs in spanish can be seen with special characters (have to use central european decoder that can be selected from the sub-t menu)

Cons: - looks very fragile - using menu pauses the movie always

Other: great choice if you want to enjoy real 1080p movies!!

Pros: A nice player, runs quietly MP3, rmvb, avi + srt and mkv.
you configure the screen size, like 720 or 1080 output, language, remote control is very easy to use, I recommend to all of the deal extreme

Pros: -Plays 1080p in a lot of video containers (tested avi, mkv, mpg, vob and mp4)
-Small and portable
-Menu in the player, really good if you don't have the remote control or batteries

Cons: -Maybe some expensive for what it is, but it works so it doesn´t matter.
-The distribution of the buttons in the player is not intuitive, is a row of buttons, it would be better like a mp3 player. Fortunately it has remote.

Pros: - It really plays MKV, TS, FLV and other formats.
- Smoothly plays big 1920x1080 ( i tried up to 20 GB MKV and TS).
- 1Tb HDD connected through USB working great.
- Very compact.
- Simple to use.
- Supports Russian file name and subtitles.
- Reasonable price.

Cons: - When using remote, have to point it directly to the box.
- Remote ergonomic isn't the best, but ok for this money.
- Could be under $30.

Other: Decent player with wide format support.

Pros: Plays MKV and AVI on 1080p without problems.
Can change subtitle colour and size.
Small & low power usage.
Simple setup.
Can start playing at the previous stopped position in the file.
Can select audio channel L/R/Stereo.
Can select screen ratio.
Limited instruction manual; not sure what TV button do.
Can select the sequence of playing the files.
Cheap 1080p player compare with others. Does the job.

Cons: Cannot show the current file played nor position of the file.
Switch subtitle on/off is via the zoom button.
OSD function does not do what would be expected.
Using any function button during playback will pause play.
Initial setup can be tricky. The default is set AV NTSC. Have get the setup displayed before the output can be changed.

Other: Reasonable cheap 1080p player with a few limitations.
Not sure oif this is can be fixed by firmware upgrade if any.
The chipsets are changing so fast, its unlikely there will be a firmware upgrade before the chipset becomes obsolete.

Pros: * Plays MVK, AVI, MOV, FLV 1080p (1920x1080) tested without skipped frames
* Plays music while you review photos
* Samsung S2 320gb USB HDD connected and fully working
* Tested with a 4gb Kingston SD card and working
* Compact and fully portable
* OSD on screen while playing

Cons: * Pressing any function button during playback will pause play
* You have to point it directly the device when using the remote
* Design and feel is cheap, but the performance of the product definitely beats this

Other: This is an excelent purchase, as for a relatively low cost (taking in consideration the current cost of a Bluray player + Bluray discs), you have a 1080p FULL HD player. I'm happy with it and I think I will be for a long time.

Pros: - It really plays MKV, 1080p 720p nicely
- I normally use it whit a 16 GB micro SD
- Very compact.
- Simple Menu easy to use.

Cons: - I've tried to watch .mp4 and .wmv file, and it doesn't work.
- It doesn't come whit a HDMI cable, that's a little bit annoying.
- You have to point it directly the device when using the remote

Other: Great media player for a few dollars, I really doubt it that you can get any better for this money.
I am very happy with this purchase, it does exactly what you need, fast and smooth HIGH DEFINITION movies.

Pros: Plays almost all formats (tried with avi and mkv);
Plays big files smoothly (tried with 20gb mkv movie);
You can easily change the subtitles, charset (for accents like ç ã ñ), font size, color size trough the remote;
Works with NTFS filesystem, accepting big files. Haven't tried others;
You can set many resolutions. I've used 1080p under HDMI for my tests, works perfectly with awesome quality;
Fast, compact, doesn't heat, very portable.

Cons: Manual is incomplete. Informations about the remote are missing, so you have to discover the functions by your own.
Could have 2 USB ports, it would be great!

Other: Simply exceeded all my expectations.
A must buy, for sure!

Pros: Easy to use, can play mkv, avi, xvid, mp4,rmvb in full 1080P mode. easy to control via display on your screen
It is Light and not hot after using 5 hours.
Able to support my 2.5" HDD
No hangs or lagging while playing movies. Smooth.

Cons: Remote control misprints, can button printed as "zoom" but actually it for enabling subtitles.

Other: Great buy, value for money. Probably one of the cheapest media player at DX.
