Mini 60X Microscope Keychain w/ 1-LED Illumination/Currency Detector UV Light (3 x LR1130)

Pros: very small, great for use in electronics workbench. The focus adjustment works perfectly, along with LED white lighting. The illuminating light is strong. The UV light is also very efficient to check bank notes, tickets.

Cons: the latch pressure is a little harsh, giving the impression that will break if you use a little force to open. button to turn the light and switch white light and UV light is a little hard.

Other: great and handy for those who need a microscope on a daily.

Pros: - excelent view! - extremely portable - cheap - comes with uv light, that can be very handy - can also be used as emergency light

Cons: - could be better sealed - takes some force to select mode (off - white led - uv led), making almost impossible to use with only one hand.

Other: highly recommended, I´m buying a spare one right now! everyone that works with eletronics should have one.

Pros: - Very compact, I barely feel it in my pocket - It as a focus function ... it might seem simple but I had a similar device without focus and it is very hard to hold the scope in mid air without shaking. - The LED is really a must, my other one needed an external source of light which we don't always have near by. - It can double as a flash light - It really is useful for money, electronic and weld inspection.

Cons: - The optic is not of very good quality, so the outer perimeter of the field of view is reduced by deformations. - The body is made out of plastic ... It didn't break yet, but I don't know if it's going to hold for long.

Other: This is a great adjustable device and the quality is reflecting it's value.

Pros: it's small, comes with a protective pouch and batteries, and it has leds for light and money testing. the leds also work as regular flashlight/money testing lights when the microscope function isn't used.

Cons: the material feels very cheap, like it can fall apart at any moment. the light switch is also the battery cap, so when you turn off the led its very easy to accidentally twist it off. on mine the focus slider was glued to the casing by the paint, though this was solved by prying it loose with a pocket knife. the keychain often gets in the way.

Other: while the price matches the build quality, for this price it doesn't really matter. it works great, and with this price it won't really hurt your wallet to buy a few spares.

Pros: Very surprised with this microscope! It is perfect for electronic hobbyists like me, I can zoom in on various SMD parts and see very clearly what the marking on the part is or what the part number is. Led light works good and is bright, money light (presumably UV) works just as well and inspecting money bills is real fun. You could never imagine the endless little details you can find on a traditional 50 euro bill. Magnification is so clear that you can view individual subpixels of your LCD screen if you want to.

Cons: Plastic (especially the hinge) looks and is very cheap but what do you exepct at this price range.

Other: Very good microscope especially for electrnonics hobbyists like me.

Pros: -great manual microscope. -to use it place it near any surface and turn the light (white or uv) on. -you can use it to comprove money autenticity. -usefull to find scratches on any surface. -the two lights are very powerfull so you can use them like keychain-torch -it cames whith imitation leather pocket. -batteries included -focusable lens.

Cons: -no cons found yet. -maybe a rubber belt could be placed to avoid interferences with external light

Other: great gift, just change it for your dx points.

Pros: This thing actually works. The led light illuminates what you are looking at . And the small zoom adjustment knob is easy to use even when you are looking at something. Have to get the object right at the end of the clear plastic part to have it in focus. The led also can be used to light up a keyhole in a dark corridor at to look at something small is a low light place.

Cons: The ultraviolet led is not that good, it does light ups some of the identification marks on currency but not all as a black light does.

Other: A nice WORKING microscope.

Pros: - All parts work: both lights, plus the magnifying glass. - cheap: you probably won't find a product like this one for less. - lightweght - small: you can take it anywhere - comes with batteries and a small pouch - UV light works for documents and currency

Cons: - The build quality is a bit less than I would like it to be, especially the joint between the two parts, and the light switch. For occasional use this is not a problem, but for daily use you would probably look for something else.

Other: If you want a cheap UV currency detector, look no further

Pros: Really it´s a great surprise because you don´t imagine how close you can see things. It´s more practical because with this you can check if the bills are fake too. Carry with you and look everything with 60x reals. Long lasting batteries

Cons: The chain brakes easily.

Other: With two uses: Its lights can to check your bills or can to enlarge anything. The item is small as its price. Very recommended

Pros: It is very compact, Comes with Batteries, Decent Build, and most of all.........it was free. Adjustable focus slide. Two different lights (one at a time)

Cons: The keychain is rather useless if thats your intention. It takes 3 small batteries, must use very very close to item being examined. LED's could be a little brighter.

Other: If it wasnt free, I woldnt buy it.
