Mini DisplayPort DP Male to VGA Female Adapter Cable (10CM)

Pros: Comes in a nice package. in fact its the only DX thing i have ordered that comes packed in other than bubble paper. Really well built, the video quality is great ( as you want it to be), No blinking no, lines no wierdness happening. My monitor was recognized by my laptop straight as i plugged in. This looks and feels like a fine product. Cheaper than apple is always a pro on my list.

Cons: I think this item could be cheaper since it is not an original and its a short piece of cable.

Other: BUY IT

Pros: Completely perfect. Does exactly what I needed it to. No lines or distorted images, just simple vga quality. The cost is much more affordable compared to the Apple one, and it has just as good of a build as it. Comes in a nice packaging, and looks real legit.

Cons: none!

Other: If you need the adapter, I'd say to go for it. You won't find another one this close to the real thing for an affordable price anywhere else.

Pros: This thing works great. Have a Macbook and works great. I like having dual screen.
Looks like the real thing without the Apple mark. I compared it with a real one.
Build is real good. Didn't have issues with build. This is made better material.
This is much cheaper than the real one. You can probaly buy two of these for the price of a real one.

Cons: Don't have any issues with this product.

Other: I would recommend the to others who like dual display.

Pros: It looks as good as the original ones you find in Apple Stores. It comes in similar packaging too (there are some that look really cheap and ugly).
It works perfectly on my macBook Pro (unibody 2009).
The build quality feels good, too.
Comes with plastic cover for the display port connector (nice touch!)

Cons: I'd hope it was cheaper, but that's just me.
The cable is a little on the short side (but this is a inherent design of the "original" cable, too)

Other: It's definitely worth the money if you're looking for a VGA connector and don't want to get ripped off at Apple Stores.

Pros: -It has a very genuine feel to it.
-Works just as well as the genuine one, at half the price.
-it comes with a plastic cover for the MiniDisplayPort side.
-everything fits into everything perfectly.

Cons: -Can be cheaper but i will still buy it at this price. in fact, i would still buy it even if it is sold for $5 more.

Pros: - Looks like the o riginal
- Never failed (almost a year)
- Good build quality
- Signal is great

Cons: - Cable could be shorter
- Slightly overpriced
- On the firs days, flickered a little bit. But almost inperceptible
- Took a long time to get here, one of the most delayed orders that I've ever get from DX

Other: Very durable, great looking, almost like the real apple adapter. The price is slightly high, but it's worthy with this durability. Buy it!

Pros: This converter is cheaper than the ones tt apple sells. This is almost 3 times cheaper than the ones sold at the store. Very easy to get it to work. Used it on my LCD tv. No problems found. no flickering as what other users experienced. Looks like an OEM apple product.

Cons: Its slightly pricey. The HDMI converter which can be bought on dealextreme is cheaper and better quality images on the LCD. Cable was brittle and printing on the ports is inverted. looks weird and if another person is observant will know that you're nt using the original apple converter.

Other: Still cheaper than Apple's original converter and it does the same job. Must buy for presentations!

Pros: - Price is quite cheap
- Looks like the original
- Does mostly what it should do

Cons: - Does not actually work exactly same way than original (see Other Thoughts for more information)

Other: Good product, I can recommend.

Pros: - Works exactly like the original - No need to restart or do anything extra when plugging in, everyting is automatically detected. - Cable is a little longer than the one displayed on the picture (good for me).

Cons: - Build quality is a little cheaper than the original, specially on the plastic case. Nothing too severe though, probably nothing that you'd notice.

Other: Buy it, unless you can find this at a screamingly cheaper price somewhere else... which probably won't happen.

Pros: Good price! Good quality! It comes with a plastic protector! It works perfectly with my MBP 2011 unibody!

Cons: I cannot see any cons, with this price there is no cons! Maybe: - Cable could be shorter, but i think the Apple Original is so shorter too, so it's not a problem for me, I have my VGA cable too.

Other: You may to buy one now! Looks like almost the Apple Original. You will be so happy with this!
