Mini DisplayPort Male to VGA Female Adapter (1080p)

Pros: This Cable I just pluged it into the appropriate places and it worked. 1st try!!. I would buy this cable again for my other mac friends :P. This seems like the build quality is pretty good with no disconnections.
Ok thats all I have to say cant make 500 words just buy it for youself and see i would buy this again if i have another mac

Other: Get this if your using a Macbook. Cables dont have to be brand name just like the socks you wear.

Pros: This adaptator is the exact same thing as the Apple one!
I have a 24"-screen and I've been using it with my Mac all the time since I received the adaptator !
By the way, my collegue has a genuine cable and it does the same thing, so, recommended !

Other: Every people who buy a Mac and want to use an extra screen have to get this adaptator !
It is three time cheaper as the genuine !

Pros: Just like the original. I've already worked with a original adapter and the differences are minimal. Even the cover its like the real one. And the construction quality seen very good. Solid case and cable.

Cons: None at the moment and looks like never will be...

Other: With the money spend in the original we can buy two of this and get change... Why spend money that badly??

Pros: Works as you would expect it to work. Plus and play.
Costs less than half of an official Apple cable

Other: It was exactly what I needed. A cable that can do mini display to vga for a better price than Apples cable.
I don't know why someone would buy an original Apple this works just as well.

Pros: This is a great adapter. - Comes in a nice package just like the original one; - Has a great build quality; - Looks like the original one; - Works as intended.

Cons: No cons so far. I just think DX could lower the price a bit! But anyway: Price x Quality is OK!

Other: If you're willing to buy an adapter for your MacBook this is the right choice.

Todo el que tenga una Mac y quiera usar una pantalla adicional tiene que tenerlo.

Pros: It comes in a nice typical minimalistic package as we would expect from the fruit brand. I bought this in anticipation that when my old and dying but still working Mac Mini breaks down, I can get the new generation Mac Mini and still use my LCD monitor without buying their over-priced adaptor.

Cons: I wished it was an original part, but for a fraction of the price, I guess I can't complain much. Besides, this is something that will not be seen after you've installed it, so I guess it's okay.

Other: Good and cheap alternative to the original overpriced counterpart.

Pros: Good quality and as good as apples expensive one. No signal loss and supports 1080p. Easy to use, just plug it in.

Cons: The build quality isn't the best possible, but ive seen worse.
Also the price is quite high, because mini displayport to dvi is almost half cheaper. But still cheaper than genuine one.

Other: Decent adapter which does the job well. Ive been satisfied with it so buy it if you need it!

Pros: It works at promised, until it died (see below)
It worked flawlessly connected to a dell monitor e248 and a dell laptop xps15, with common and regular usage, until one day just died. Maybe it was a faulty unit.
The cabling, case, and connectors are pretty neat, sturdy and liable
Ofcourse, dealextreme sent me a replacement! (still waiting the delivery)

Cons: It just died on me, don't know why

Other: Will se how much time works the new one DX is sendin me

Pros: It works flawlessly with my Macbook pro and an external dell monitor.
The cable has a pretty nice build quality.
It is way cheaper than buying directly from Apple.

Cons: It could be a bit more cheaper. No other cons.

Other: You will need it for connecting your macbook to most projectors in college.
