While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: 1. Great price. You wouldn't believe what some companies charge for this kind of thing.
2. Nice packaging. Plugs into a plastic "socket" so the whole thing becomes a sealed capsule when not in use so the plug won't poke a hole in your pocket. There's even a place provided so you could hang it from a string around your neck.
3. Works fine in many programs, unfortunately, the built-in voice recorder in the 3.x version of iPod touch software is not one of them. Use iTalk (free) instead.
4. Great build quality, quite decently made AFAIK.
Cons: When you plug it in, it *disables* the earphone completely! Yes, I know that it plugs into the earphone jack, but it even disables listening via Bluetooth headphones, so you cannot reasonably use this for making VOIP phone calls at all! I'm not sure if this is bad design of the mic or Apple's fault.
Other: Great for quickly plugging in and making voice recordings or Evernotes, but then you will have to *unplug* it every time if you want to listen to make sure it worked.

Pros: It's small capsule like size is great to convert your compatible iPod into a recording device. Sensitive to the right level.
Cons: Quality of recordings vary. Didn't do much testing. Build quality is of average plastic components which may cheapen the overall look of your sophisticated device, but then again, why care for something so trivial?
Other: Great for recording lectures and stuff. Don't expect it to record well under loud band-like circumstances, though you can't really expect too much out of this small microphone.

Pros: If you want to boost the microphone of the iPhone, or add an iPod Touch, this "Mini Microphone" China is good for his duty. This enhancement improves the quality of any audio recording made via iPhone.

Pros: cheap as hell: I've seen this mic in a wal-mart for $14,99 looks: it's black and looks great with my ipod touch 2nd generation. (my friend ordered one and it was yellow) small : it's quite small and compact no wasted space there, it could'nt possibly be smaller sound quality : the sound quality is very good crisp and clear.
Cons: disables audio : When I bought this i was mainly thinking of VoIp. but it turns out this mini mic COMPLETELY disables this audio. Even disables bluetooh headphones
Other: don't buy one... buy three

Pros: Such a nice small shape. Comes with a cap that fits snugly around the jack (is that what it's called?) and protects it. I tested if my ipod 2G could record my voice from 10-12 feet away and I could hear myself pretty decently when I replayed the recording. It doesn't come with a keychain, but on the cap, there is clearly a loop where you can put one around it. Now I have a black pill-shaped microphone keychain!
Cons: Not really a con of the product itself, but you're going to have to unplug the microphone before you try to listen to the recording.
Other: Convenient size and a useful function. Sure beats spending another $200 on an iphone or carrying around a tape recorder.

Pros: This is a great little microphone that allows you to use your Skype program on your Ipod Touch. (Ipod Touch doesn't have a microphone) Get more than one because they are cheap, and easy to lose!!!
Cons: Can't think of any, but it would have been nice if there are other colors than black.
Other: Buy a bunch of them because if you lose them, your Ipod Touch is useless when it comes to Skype. How would you like to call home when you thousands miles away and misplace your mini microphone?

Pros: Very good, cheap and very small microphone.
It have great sound and it work with application iSmoke and with Skype and other application.
Cons: Close this microphone is hard, but this not really con.
Other: Buy this microphone, because this is very good, small and cheap microphone with great sound!
I love it!

Pros: 1. Small, about the length of a regular headphone cord.
2. Sound quality is great.
Cons: 1. The iPod will try to play back everything through this, instead of using the speaker. Skype is the exception.
2. If you use any buttons on the iPod they sound very loud to the microphone.
Other: If you want to Skype on the iPod get this. It's too annoying to use for anything else.

Pros: This Microphone is really good for my iPod touch. When I used it on skype test call I could hear my voice very clearly.
Cons: None
Other: If you want a good microphone for your iPod then I recommend this one because it is a high quality microphone that doesn't cost a lot at all. Although I would recommend buying the headphones with microphone built in because you can have headphones and a microphone plugged in at one time. Pros: -Really small -Awesome quality! -Fantastic price -There is a hole at the top so you can hang on.
Cons: -You may lose the top of the mic, 'cause it's really small.
Other: Awesome quality! Just stick in in you're iPod touch and you're ready to Skype or making memos!
