Mini Microphone for iPhone 3G/iPod Nano 4G/iPod Touch 2G/iPod Classic 120 (3.5mm Jack/White)

Pros: Works in IPod touch both generations. Lets you use some of the apps that take advantage of the microphone like voice memo or shazaam for example.

Cons: It has a little hole for attaching a keychain or something but its really small and very hard to get anything through it. The audio quality, while decent, isn't going to win any awards. Its fine for voice memos etc but I wouldn't use it for any home music recordings

Other: Take advantage of more apps by using on your IPod Touch 1G or 2G

Pros: It's tiny. It easily connects onto the iPod Touch. The pickup is good on it. The audio results are very clear and crisp. Better than I would have expected considering the price.

Cons: None that I can think of. It's all positive for this puppy. :-)

Other: If you're looking for a cheap way to add a microphone to your iPod Touch, this is definitely the way to go. The price is right too. Order a couple in case you lose one, or if a friend wants to steal yours. :-)

Pros: -This fairly small unlike the big dock connecters.
-It has a little loop at the top for putting neck strap or a chain or something so you don't lose this tiny thing
- the quality seems okay
- if you use the white mic and a white cover looks very nice

Cons: - this does NOT work for the first generation iPod Touch
- this does NOT work for computers
- when plugged in, it does NOT act as a speaker, so that means you can only use this record a voice memo, can NOT use it to have a verbal conversation. So this is NO good for applications like skype, iCall, Fring, etc.

Other: If you need a little mic on your iPod touch 2G, then get this. But I recommand getting a earphone with the mic, and I believe they are only a few dollar more.

Pros: This is amazing it worked great with my iPod touch 2g and i just loved it, and it is really small which makes Ur iPod not look that bad (Yayyyyy).

Cons: the only bad part about this is that when u recored, and u finish you must unplug the microphone. And that lowerd my overall rating to 4 so please the company of this product fix it.

Other: The bottom line is it is amazing and i recommend to buy this amAzInG product and if u do enjoy.

Pros: It really works with microphone compatible applications on the app store. I use this with my iPod Touch 1st generation and it works like a charm!!!!

Cons: once plugged in, the speaker will stop working. it's obvious but it's a bit annoying sometimes...... you can't just leave it plugged forever or you will miss notifications that will not ring out.........

Other: hey, it's just 2 bucks...... just buy it
