What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: Got the device going as a wireless client for my desktop, now no cable across the floor. Took 10 mins to guess it out as it in chinese but the instructions had enough english to guess how to configure it. No need for more plug packs, runs of the PC usb!
Cons: Chinese on box, on instructions and on the screens. but I found the default ip address, the right screen for client and guessed the error messages to solve the problems. connected to my wireless router and has worked well since.
Other: Buy it if you don't want cables to your desk top. Buy it to add a Access point to your network. Do not buy it to use it with a 3G USB stick- buy the next model up.

Pros: The best quality I had ever seen on DX.com The reception of the Wi-Fi in repeater or bridge mode is just unsurpassable. Really easy to configure. People without knowing in using router can do it.
Cons: The software is in chinese and you can't update it to an english firmware.
Other: This product is great but i think an english interface would be perfect. Also you can charge your iPhone/iPad with the included adapter
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very small (changer is bigger than router) and portable, uses micro-USB as power so i can use my phone charger to power it. Works good as AP and router, really universal device.
Cons: Chinese interface and can't change to english (tried even firmware modification, it uploads but fails when flashing).
Other: Perfect portable device but without english language and tp-link support says it's for sale only in china and cannot be flashed to english.

Pros: I was pointed to this to use it as a Wifi client- my desk top is in a place without a cable. I plug this into the ethernet port and get power from a USB port (or the supplied main-USB converter) and configured it as a client. Going in 5 mins!
Cons: Yeah, i did have to guess my way around- it is in Chinese, but the web page names are english and the paperwork that came with it had examples so I could find my way around.
Other: I am just about to buy another, so I can experiment with it! Other people are buying the 703 I think and using it as a USB dongle 3g-wifi access point. But this makes a great AP or client and I think bridge. No need for plug pack in the wall0 USB powered. Buy a couple and have a play.

Pros: Bought this and spent some time figuring out the configuration, and I was able to reset it and go through the whole set-up with just my iPhone. Now I don't have to bring my netbook around when I travel overseas to shady hotels with just a LAN port, or those which charge crazy rates for Wi-Fi or multiple Internet devices. It's also crazy small and you can probably fit 2 in your hand. Good as a repeater at home and as AP when traveling.
Cons: Got this with the Chinese firmware and couldn't re-flash it with the English one. It's also not compatible with DD-WRT and the instructions are different from the ones on their official website. Range is also not as good but shouldn't be a problem in hotels or 1-room Japanese apartments.
Other: Great tiny product that does an excellent job.

Pros: The router has small size and excellent performance. I recommend to buy it.
Cons: Power plug is flat (plug standard of United States of America), unfortunately not compatible with the new plug standard of Brazil. It is still compatible with the old plug standard. But this is a problem only for who lives in Brazil.
Other: Deal Extreme could offer products with the brazilian plug standard.

Pros: It does what it was desing to. The size is really portable and really easy to use. When is setup you have to forget about setup it again. It will work without any problem.
Cons: You have to check for the web for english instruction to setup this, maybe you need a little of basic knowledge to do this.
Other: It is the utimate producto to be wireless to all devices if you main router is far this will extend your wireless wifi coverage.

Pros: Amazingly small device. works extremely well like all TP-Link devices. The price is amazing. Includes a 5v 550ma USB power supply (with american pins) which can be for other devices if you power the TP-Link device from you PC
Cons: Operating instruction and firmware in Chinese with no option to change language. Need to look up manual on TP-Link site and try to match screens - takes a while
Other: At the price an amazing bit of kit, don'y throw it in the bin because you are frustrated with the Chinese instruction. Look at the TP-Link site. TP-Link tech support is really very good. Would recommend

Pros: - it is (very) small, fits in your pocket - usb powered - net adapter included
Cons: - net adapter has 2 flat pin plug, not a europe plug (but converters cost only 1$ here) - chinese firmware
Other: Very good device, good quality, nice colors... but unless you speak chinese it is not easy to configure it. On the official website I see a bit different UI and english language, so I'm not sure if this is a 'real one' or just a really good clone!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: * Smaller than I thought; * Supports client/repeater modes, i.e., can be configured to extend a wired/wireless network (that's why I bought it); * Can use any USB powered port to work (I plugged it to the service USB port of my TV receiver); * Easy to configure: after a few steps it is up with my not-so-conventional setup (wireless client).
Cons: If you are a non-Chinese speaker, then both the interface and the manual are uninteligible. Cannot upgrade the firmware to English (see Other Thoughts). There is an english manual online, but instructions are a bit different, particularly the device+PC static IPs.
Other: Think of it as a magic device to transform any Ethernet-ready gadget into a wireless one (printers, TVs, etc.)
