Cons: Don't keep pressing the button while taking the picture if you're in front of the camera! (Goes for any IR remote.)
Feels a bit flimsy in the hand, but it's been rattling around in my camera bag since I got it and it doesn't seem the worse for wear.

Other: Get it.

Pros: 1. Right price. 2. Good quality. 3. Easy to use. This device really helps me to wide my creative range. One of the easiest way to use - take snapshots without pressing button at long expositions to improve foto quality.

Cons: No individual cons, only a general cons for all IR remotes - operates in direct line of sight, only at front of camera, causes to shoot all cameras in range... Radio remotes works better, but more expensive, bigger and difficult to use.

Other: Usefull device for right price. Must have.

Pros: Good, reliable, and inexpensive item. Comes with a lithium battery. Well packed, expensive looking package. Works well with my Nikon Coolpix P7000. My remote marked HONGDAK if you want to know.

Cons: Easy to lose. No strap hole. No other cons for this little helper.

Other: I had one original but too often is was in a different camera bag then I had with me.
Now I just have one in every camera bag that I own so im never without IR remote again!
For this price that is a great solution even if you dont use it often or if you never have it with you when you need to

Pros: It is using IR therefore there must be a line of sight when using it. So best if you want to capture your own potraits. It can work at a distance too!!! It is able to focus (half press) and snap (full press).

Cons: So far no cons!! just give it a try!

Other: A great product to have. Durable. Cheap. Useful. What more could you want!!

Range seems to be huge, i just tried from the other side of my house (about 10m) and it works great.

Cons: No cons. Everything is fine as far as I know (only used it for an hour for now).

Other: Expecting a cheap product, actually it looks quite well made. The battery is included. I paid the remote about the same price i would have paid the battery down here in France...
The brand printed on it is Hongdak (instead of "shoot" as in the product picture).
This is a must have !

- Comes with battery included and has a protection foil to avid accidental discharge during transport
- Works perfectly with the specified models
- It has a very large working range, (i have tested it at 12meters, and it worked flawlessly)

Cons: - None that i could think of.

Other: - It works as advertised, has good quality, it may be useful to bay more if you own more than one camera / bags so that you always have one of thees with you.

Pros: Bought this one for my girlfriends camera, and it worked right away. ive just tried it for family photoson a distance of approx 5-6 meters, and that was no problem . Much easier to get good picture if you use longer shutter time, since u dont need to touch the camera , so it can stand completly still.

Pros: Great remote. Very easy to use. Great range. Bought to use with my D80 but works also perfect in combination with my D7000. No more hassle with the timer. Way cheaper than bran one. Great for night shots with long exposure. Good build quality. Battery included.

Pros: Work fine with all Nikon DSLR (mine is D5100) Easy to use just select remote control in your DSLR setup menu. Work at least at 10m from the camera.

Cons: DO NOT leave the battery inside when you aren't using it, because the battery will be dead in about 1 or 2 days....

Other: Great deal for the price, very cheap. Perfect execpt the battery issue.
