What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: I bought this for my boy's mountain bike, because he kept getting a wet backside while cycling. It straps onto the seat pole at the back and stops the flick up muck off the road. The front one fastens to the front forks and does the same for gunk off the front wheel.
Cons: The seat post was a bit smaller than the clamp's minimum size. Nothing a bit of rim tape couldn't fix. The two clamps on the rear piece aren't very good - you might have to watch out for it flopping down onto the rear tyre if the two clamps loosen off with vibrations. I also expect the metal bolts will rust over time.
Other: Cheap and cheerful and good enough.

Pros: Works well for a commuter bike- Rear fender easily adjustable. Perfect for a commuter, but not designed to take off road use. Still holding up after an entire winter of commuting in Wisconsin.
Cons: Wouldn't hold up to actual mountain bike use. Adjustment knob to control the angle of the rear fender has to be tightened often. Very thin plastic.
Other: Good deal for the price. Great for a commuter bike.

Pros: - arrived nicely protected - probably polyethylene (no PE marking or other material codes missing) - PE is meaning; weather-, UV- & cold temperature proof (I've got a couple of years experience in the plastics industry, so I think I can judge the material - adjustability properly designed - there are some additional plastic rings, which can be used to make the rear guard fit on a wide range of tube shaped bike frames
Cons: - front wheel mud guard fender could be a bit bigger/longer - could have come with some washers
Other: Not much to complain on, the guards a fairly good designed and for this quality you pay a reasonable price. My tip, if you need some protection for your cloth, while driving through the mud, these guard fenders are perfect.

Pros: Seat stem mounted rear and bolt mounted front guard are ideal for mountain bikes and other such bikes that don't have a bike carrier. The size of the rear guard seems big enough to protect you from the water stripe you would otherwise get. Very easy to install, with the adjustable 'links' in rear guard meaning you can alter its location over quite a large range of positions.
Cons: As the rear guard is seat stem mounted I'm not sure you could use it with just any luggage carrier.... Front guard size could be a bit longer for extra protection.
Other: If you need mudguards, these should fit the bill, just watch out if you have a luggage carrier.
