MP5 / G3 Gun Rail Mount

Pros: -Fits like a glove on my G3.
-Sturdy built.
-Still havent managed to rattle it off.
-Easy to install.

Cons: None that I can remember for this particular build.

Other: Bottom line, this is a railing that will fit G3's and MP5's, and is as sturdy as those that are "original", that sells for hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
Tried one of those, since one of my squaddies are a tech head, and it was just the "same" as this one, with a different name heh.

Pros: The rail system has a very nice finish, and is constructed pretty well. There where a few minor construction issues, but nothing that prevented me from using it. Great value. Besides, it says "Walther" on it so it must be good.

Cons: Unfortunately the usefulness of this rail system is somewhat limited. The weaver system does not extend the full length of the rail, so you are limited with the sights you can mount.

Other: Great value, if the sight you want will fit. I would buy another.

Pros: Better quality than expected. Locks up tight.

Cons: Cannot use 1 piece quick detach mounts. Requires G3/HK91 style rear sight base for proper mounting.

Other: This mount is designed to index on the G3 drum style mounting base just like the claw style mounts so if you have a Cetme style rear sight this might not be the scope mount for you. If you have the G3 sight base and its welded in the correct position on the receiver you get a rock solid scope mount at a rock bottom price.

Pros: The price - while not cheap - is much lower than anything you can get locally Mounts easily and comes with the required allen key Built very well, should hold zero well

Cons: The rail is not continuous - you can't mount anything with mounting lips longer than 45mm. I bought SKU 12171 and couldn't mount it - now waiting for a short raiser to see if I can mount it that way. The paint job is not perfect on the inner parts (those not seen when the rail is mounted)

Other: Great rail for the Well MP5 airsoft AEG gun (R5?)

Pros: Easy installation using the tool and four screws. The tool is included in the shipment.
It fits like ass on the potty.

Cons: The paint is easily scratched.It can be a problem with the camouflage. It might scratch occurs when reflections and disclosures during the action.

Other: High quality accessories for little money.
I recommend it to airsoft players. Everyone who uses the MP5 and G3

Pros: +Great design +Low mount so the sight is not so high on +Fits MP5 and G3 series guns +Can be secured on very nice and tight +Allen key included

Cons: -The metal is not of good quality, bends easily (potmetal?) -The paint is not very hard so might chip off quite fast with use -The mount cannot take optics that have long mounts, only ones that have two slim mounts -I wouldn+t recommend on using with real guns

Other: I slapped this on to my G3 airsoft gun and it fit nicely. Mine was a little bent when arrived, but the metal is so soft that I could bend it with my bare hands. So I would NOT recommend this to be used with a real gun!
