MR16 3W 210-240LM High Power White 3-LED Bulb (12V)

Pros: Very solidly built and sized accurately so that it perfectly replaced the halogen bulb in fitment. Aluminum body seems very strong, and does not heat up hardly at all in use. Light output is very strong. Same as halogen, and brighter than an older 18 LED bulb I also own. The 6000k color also very close to halogen, and warm enough to read by comfortably.

Cons: No glass over the face. Box it was shipped in was flimsy and marked as 120v bulb. But it is for 12Vdc use. Took over 5 weeks to ship.

Other: I am ordering 3 more today for the rest of the fixtures. These are much better than the older 18 led bulbs I have, and the color and build seems much nicer for use.

Pros: I bought 4 of these for my study/spare bedroom. Seems well constructed with no obvious flaws. Nice and bright - good replacement for 20W halogen. Go straight in to the existing fittings with no problems. Just switch on. They run cool. Excellent value for money and free shipping too!

Cons: Not anything obvious. Perhaps the cool white color is a little colder than I would choose but this does not detract from their utility.

Other: If you want a bright, general cool white light globe, then buy this. You won't get a better deal anywhere if you don't live in Hong Kong or mainland China.

Pros: - very bright light - can work from 12V adapter, car battery, other battery packs near 12Volts - tested and worked fine from solar solar panel with 18Volt starting voltage - only need 300-320mA of input current, leds are connected serially - for DIY porjects all the components can be also usefull (driver circuit, LEDs, metal heatsink housing, plastic optics) - easy to modify, to further improve efficiency

Cons: No reals cons at all, a little warm while working, the first one I received did not have thermal grease inside under the LED panel, but the second I've got had. Non of them had problems yet.

Other: It is one of the best 12Volt bulbs here if not the best.
