Pros: Quite surprised how nice and bright this light is. really DOES seem to put out the quoted lumens power. I compared lights to a reference 230V 20W CFL which gives around 1080 lumens. I would estimate that this unit really does deliver about a quarter the light of, so 4 of them would make really nice replacement for a 20W CFL.
Cons: Not so efficient running through the actual pins. Measures 250-260ma at 12v which does give 3W. Not quite so nice a warm colour as a CFL bulb, but not actually that bad, and certainly not blue!
Other: Not quite so nice a warm colour as a CFL bulb, but not actually that bad at all, and certainly not blue! I'll be buying more.

Pros: This is a pretty decent MR16 light. I am driving them with 12v DC (with no modification). The colour is quite warm. The size is similar to the original halogen-type light bulbs, so they snap into conventional housing. They start emitting light as soon as you switch them on, different to some other LED lights.
Cons: I doubt whether they are really 270 lumen, and would say they about 2/3rds of a 20 watt halogen MR16 lightbulb.
Other: Finally an affordable MR16 halogen replacement, with a nice colour.

Pros: The lamp comes with its one reflector, lens and cooling sink, (the lamp it self acts as a heatsink) Yellowish white light, suberbright over larger distance. where other lamps only light up in the center of max the radius of 50cm this one lights up atleast 1+ meters and the light still doesnt slack off on larger distances currently tested on 2+ meters
Cons: Couldnt find much wrong with it except that it is about 4-6mm longer then normal reflector spotlights.
Other: Great product if you want to have a longer lasting light, that still lights upp the room the same way your orignal 20W bulb used to do but with only 15% of its power consumption, that will probably show up on your electrical bill in the end.

Pros: cheap lamp , good colour , even the temperatureproblems where most lights have problems doesnt seem to affect it .
Cons: couldnt find any cons for now . only that one lamp has a loose contact after 2weeks . but hey , 1 out of 6 is good . try that in a store end youll probaly even will have problems returning it
Other: for that price a very good lamp . will buy more in the future for my company too

Pros: - Inexpensive (major pro) - Warm color, very close to halogens - Does not get too hot (measured 40C after 30 minutes of operation) - Has CE/RoHS marks on the box.
Cons: - Slightly greenish light - Lacks thermal compound between led board and the housing - Diameter is larger than the halogens, so i wasn't able to place the holding ring, but the lamp stuck without it so it's not a big con.
Other: Excellent lamp for it's price. Maybe a little bit greenish, but if you'll be using it with other lamps you will not notice any difference!

Pros: The shipping to Singapore is considered fast, took about 1 week or so.
The brightness is not as bright as the halogen lamp which i replaced with, but i am happy with the brightness. Its some what bright enough, definitely bright enough for reading.
Color of the light is white.
Cons: Can be brighter, as of now, LED lights are not as bright as halogen ones.
Other: With free shipping, no harm trying out one before buying in bulk.

Pros: it lightens the room ;-)
Cons: -in comparism to 4-led-4-watt types like SKU 39027 it feels like less than half the lumens. I compare it with a 10watt halogen lamp, or even lower -its announced as a 3200k lamp. I guess it is more than 4500k. We used in the bathroom. We see our pale faces in the mirror :-( ... a bad waf (woman-acceptance-factor -we find 4watt real warmwhite now and removed them
Other: I got them in may 2011. Maybee today DX has an other supplier for these lamps and my lines obove where obsolete. If you plan to buy thes kind of lamps. be shure what you want to see "behind" the socket. THIS lamp has a more "closed" back.

Pros: Fits into a standard spotlight lamp socket. Quite bright, more or less equivalent to a standard halogen bulb. Totally does not produce any heat. I've had it on for about 40 mins and it's still not hot to the touch. I love, love, love, that it comes in warm white (yellow) light unlike more LEDs which are bluish white.
Cons: Light is not dispersed very well and I can see streaks in the light coming out the bulb.
Other: I'm going to replace all my spotlight bulbs with this one. Not only does it save electricity bill but the huge plus is that it doesn't heat up the air.

Pros: The build quality is great.
Each LED has it's own lens.
Cons: It is not warm 3500k light, it is more 6300k. It is definitely NOT warm.
They are not very bright at all. I am running 3 of them together and they put out about 1/3 or the light of a 50w halogen.
The light is very narrowly focused
Other: As a concept they are great, but all together a little useless as the light output is so low and so focused. This means you'll have to either mount them very high to get a wide enough beam, or use a heap of them. I'll be going back to halogen,

Pros: I used 5 3w led lamps to substitute 5 35w halogen lamps that highlight working area in my kitchen. - I've got enough lite despite those that 35w halogen lamp is brighter a little (the difference is not noticeable) - The power consumption is more than 10 times lower now
Cons: These lamps cannot be used as a permanent light: - Lite of these LED lamps is waiter than light of halogen lamps - light temperature over 3K is environmentally unfriendly (I red it on wikipedia but cannot find this article again) - Led lumps light is polarized
Other: Good to use in the places where you need to turn on light very often and for a short time
