    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Works with DC and AC power.
    Mechanically sturdy (fell on the floor from 2 m without damage).
    The price per lumen is good.

    Cons: A more powerful one would be nice (the package says they come in versions with up to 60 emitters, this one has 21 and plenty of room for more).

    Other: I didn't particularly like it over my desk, but will probably buy a few for the lobby, possibly in a mix with other LEDs.
