MR16 4W 4-LED 6500K 360-Lumen Light Bulb - White (12V)

Pros: Very bright almost to bright to look at bulb. It has a good angle. Good build quality.The aluminum shell does dissipate some of the heat.

Cons: gets hot after prolonged use. Do not know if i can under volt these. plastic bottom does not help dissipate heat.

Other: I would buy this it is well worth the money. Very bright and the light is very white.

Pros: Good build quality, bright light, accepts any DC polarity, as well, as AC. DC/DC converter inside, so lamp accepts from 8V DC to 15V (I didn't want to spoil lamp, so I found 15 is enough, probably it may be even more). On 12V current is about 0.48A.

Cons: Cool light (above 6000K), bluish. Narrow beam (30-35 degrees). At disassembly, I found not enough thermal conductive grease under heat spreader and heatsink in 3 of 4 units, so I have to add some more for proper cooling.

Other: Good LED lamp, if you looking for halogen MR16 replacement and not afraid with bluish light. Standard lamp, with electronic or standard transformer can be directly replaced. I changed current sense resistor (added 0.22 Ohm in parallel), light output increased, current resed to 0.8A. Let's see, how long it will survive.

Pros: Works very well with one 10 W normal lamp in the load to keep voltage below approx 15-17 V AC.

Cons: Does not work well with the transformer without a high wattage load to limit the voltage. Somewhat cold light, a 1000 K less color temp. would be nice.

Other: Nice lamp give nice light at the bath. I wish they would work with higher voltage, transformer has higher voltage when idle (4 x 4W is close to idle, transformer rating is 40-120 W).

Pros: Very good brihtness with low power consumption I used 3 bulbs inmy garden to light some trees, the white light is very nice. Four leds gives the good level of light, even in a very dark area.

Cons: The mechanical diemensions are atthe limit of my garden light house. The price is not cheap you canhave alternative LED buklbs is less cost.

Other: Great purchasing.

Pros: I bought this lamp to replace my diving lamp bulb (MR16 socket)
If you want a light with lots of light, you have to stick to COLD light: these give more lumen than warm white for the same consumption.
-Light diffusion is OK - a nice small throw.
-Light output = very good: unlike my "old" 3W LED this one gives a lot more light output!

Cons: none whatsoever.
Altough: the price could be a little bit lower.

Other: Worked prefect for my underwater lamp. Now i have light for hours!

Pros: Nicely made with a good looking heatsink. Good spread of light, and decent light output. White light- doesn't look blue tinged in isolation. WILL WORK WITH 12V DC too! Not advertised on the website, but written on the box they come in and verified on a car battery.

Cons: - The outer ring around the lense will pop off if you're not careful. This will then give access to the LEDs themselves as the lense assembly can be lifted off.

Other: I like them and have just bought some more. Highly recommended.

Pros: - Good Price - Very strong light - Very well built, Great materials - Looks good - Great Aluminum Heat-sink

Cons: - I had a little problem with this light. The transformer I have which transforms from 220V to 12V is built for light of about 60 watt, so when I connected this light to it, it work but the transformer buzzed and the light intensity was now very really stable, so I figured I had to also change the transformer to for example light up to 10w. I hope this will work - The light ass cold colors (Not warm like the ~3000k and so). so you can't really combine them in the room with halogen lights because the colors are different (this one is a bit bluish) - The spot is a bit taller (in just a few millimeters) than the regular spot size so make sure it fits for you.

Other: - Cold light colors (Some people don't like it) - Very powerful output - Make sure you have a transformer that is made for this type of lights (low watts)

Pros: Love this Lamp, It is very bright and there is no issues on the polarity on its pin, thus it will work with a AC power source. With a DC 12V supply, it draw about 0.38A of currents which is close to 5W power. We are using this to replace an existing diver torch and replace the battery to 3s2p configuration of the 18640 size lithium battery. That would give me an average of 4Ahr at 12V and thus about 10Hr usage in a single charge.

Cons: Lower price could be better

Other: We love the this lamp and would get more to replace others torch.

Pros: Plugs in cleanly, looks like quality, bright, very low power usage.

Cons: So white it's almost blue-white. A colder look than the warm yellow-white halogen lights. It can look funny if these lights are mixed in one track with stock lights, so you might want to swap them all out. I will order more of these straight away.

Other: This is a giant improvement over halogen 20W lights, if you can handle the color difference. Brightness appears to be the same as a 35W halogen, less than a 50W and more than a 20W.

Pros: Excellent light quality maybe equivalent to 20w halogen. Much better than others I have seen. Has built in voltage stabiliser so stays at constant brightness and can be fitted either way on DC and works with AC transformers.

Cons: Light is slightly less diffuse than the halogen with reflector so harsher shadows, but I'm really just struggling to put something here.

Other: If on 12 hours a day for a year, each one will save £45 of electricity at 12p per unit every year, so great for shops and offices.
