  • Barely replaces my 35W halogens

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: This seems to be the highest lumen rated LED lightbulb that DX offers.
    It fits in the MR16 slots nicely

    Cons: It is too spotlight and not enough flood. Especially compared to my 35W halogen.
    The above makes it seem that it produces less light than the halogen even though it is rated for 400 lumen.

    Other: Most of the 400 lumen is in a relatively tight spotlight which makes it seem less bright than a 35W halogen
