Pros: the best thing about this light is it capable of taking multiple battery condemnations AA/14500/rcr123/16340
build is great
looks like it should of been much more expensive
throw is great for this little of a light nice and tight circle not much spill
must be from the optic that sits on top of the led. sorta like an aspheric lens
Cons: to bad the third mode is strobe
would do better with a lower light mode
Other: this light out shines much more expensive lights.
for the price i would recommend getting one heck even two.

Pros: The polycarbonate optic concentrates the light into a tight beam pattern. Works with AA, 14500 or CR123. Decent output on CR123 primary, around twice as bright as AA. Extremely bright on li-ion, well over twice as bright as AA. Appears to go into direct drive. Might be more tame on 3.2V RCR123 but I have none to test. The extension segment to allow AA/14500 has an appropriately-sized bore and threads to the middle of the light. Between the extension's grip and tail spring pressure the battery does not rattle. Good quality spring steel pocket clip. Not too tight and springs back well. Square threads, a rare detail and a nice touch.
Cons: Not waterproof. The body o-ring is too thin, and there is no o-ring at all on either the AA extension nor the tail assembly. The holes for the pocket clip screws are also bored straight through the body wall and can be seen among the threads inside the tail of the light. You would need to seal at the pocket clip screws in addition to installing proper o-rings before the light could be made waterproof. Gets hot very fast while in direct drive on a fresh li-ion. Output is rather low on AA, comparable to the 70lm setting on another of my lights. Although, it's still more effective than expected due to the beam pattern. CR123 primaries were actually too short until the switch pill was adjusted. Will add a spring later.
Other: Seems geared towards 3.0/3.2V operation with AA being a backup, though 3.7V operation has some serious punch if managed carefully. Don't take swimming.

Pros: Small, Light weight, powerful, hi low strobe modes, runs off one AA very well very bright. O rings, seems pretty durable,
Cons: Threads dont seem to be the smoothest but lubed it up a bit and it made a big difference. had to add a O ring that seemed to be missing but no biggy. make sure on the inside of the end cap that the contact pin retaining ring is scewed all the way in. mine wasnt and it affected the on off clicky switch, just had to screw it in more to hold the pin stable.
Other: Over all I thought this is an awesome light for the price. its Brighter than my father n law's surefire that he paid 95.00 for and he's running 3.7v bats against my 1 AA and his doesn't have any modes. This is my 1st bright light so Im no expert by any means. But I am very happy with the turn out its brighter than what I was expecting. I wish I had ordered 2 of them.

Pros: I like the light it's a great for the size. perfect for what I needed. The clip and overall build of the light is great. Even the tail cap button is recessed so you don't turn it on by accident inside a pack or in your pocket.
Cons: I thought it was supposed to have 3 modes but it only has 1 bright? tried everything with the tail cap but only got the one setting?
Other: Might go back and get another if I figure out the mode problem.

Pros: -Extra small and bright with cr123a -Very small and pretty bright with normal AA -Very tight spot beam and little spill -Easy to use and switch between different modes -Always turns on full power and then you can switch to mid or strobe. -Very good and strong belt clip
Cons: Only con for this light is reverse clicky button. It would be nice to have forward clicky. Build quality in not so impressive, but good enough for this price.
Other: This is very good light for every day carry. It was much smaller than I imagined. It is brighter than my led lenser hocus focus. For maximum brightness use cr123a but AA is just a little bit dimmer. Clicky button is easy to use and it is positioned so deep that you wont turn this lamp on by accident. Mid power is usefull to make batteries last longer. Strobe mode is just fun but not so usefull. I will buy couple of more for myself and for my friends.

Pros: -Nice little Flashlight. -Optics and light-output are very good. -Good anodization. -Easy to use -Much types of batteries are fitting
Cons: The threads have the worst manufacturing quality i have ever seen, so it is difficult to screw the Body together. The bracked is not hardened, so it bends very easy.
Other: Would be a very nice light, but due to the poor quality of the thread processing, the lamp is not worth the money. Does anyone knows this type of flashlight with good threats and a hardened bracket???

Pros: Very small and sturdy, nice little clip, nice semi-cigar style holding ability.
Cons: I did not get what is pictured - namely I did not get the insert allowing for AA batteries, so mine is good with CR123 only. This is more or less OK with me, but I do cherish versatility.
Other: Nice little flashlight, something different, but performance is only so so..

Pros: Its uses a plastic Lens, no reflector, like those surefire TIR lens. The hot spot was so tight, and almost no side spill. Can take AA, CR123A, RCR123, 14500 its sucking 1.6A from a fully charged liCo 4.2V (suspect direct drive) and compare to my surefire E1 Backup, its actually has a brighter output  Brightness is good at CR123A 3V or LifePO4, but dim for AA but for the cheap price , you are getting a E1B output, and Nitecore look flashlight, its not a bad deal hotspot has a blue ring at the outer sphere, no harm if you use outdoor, though The 3 mode is the interesting part, it always start with High, and you need to press it very quick to change mode to Medium and strobe. Which I like most. So you Off and On the light, it won't switch to next mode.
Cons: I bad thing is that, the Emitter is not glue into the driver module, it just sit on it with some white thermal paste . the Emitter is somehow snug into the TIR lens, and when u close it, it will press the Emitter heatsink into the driver module (aluminum), with the thermal paste, it get the heat dissipated. Missing O ring in the extender, just out in one, and surprisingly, there is O ring in the lens.
Other: I like it. PS: careful when you tighten the driver module, it will twist the emitter and forced the wire to break up. So open the lens module, before you tighten the driver. put back the lens module after u have done with the driver. and make the lens/emitter not turning.

Pros: +very bright light (slight yellow tint) +lens optics concentrate the beam with a big hotspot but almost no spill +build quality is just ok - decent machining, threads are tight/not smooth +orings in all the right places +fits protected cells (a little tight squeeze width wise though) +nice clicky mechanism (rubber cover a little mushy) +tailcap cover (fully recessed for tail standing if desired) +nice assault ridges on head will cause some damage if you ever need to use this flashlight as a weapon
Cons: -gets HOT after 10 minutes on Hi -thin guage aluminum used (very lightweight but cheap feeling) -single AA use is an option but the light output is significantly lower than when using a single RCR123A -nicks and scratches on body -thin orings and threads came bone dry -cheap looking clip (painted), gets in the way of cigar grip
Other: Great little light. Narly looks and impressive light output from a such small package. Build quality is not quite up to snuff but still a good little light.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - very bright light (spot) - wide voltage range (0.6~4.2V) - acceppts a variety of batteries: with extension: 14500/AA without extension: 16340/CR123a/RCR123 - recessed tailcap knob/clickie - vertical stand (due to recessed clickie) - tough!
Cons: - Threads are a little bit dry - missing o-ring on the extension tube Not much at all, but as mentioned before, you might want to lube the threads a little bit. I did not experience any of the problems some users mentioned here regarding the threads since I just added a drop of oil to each thread before use.
Other: If you need a bright, cool and tough EDC light just buy it. Also fits nice to your gun...
