My-Mini-Aquarium - Sea Monkey Raising Kit (Complete with Magic Eggs)

Pros: After about a week I have 100's of little sea monkeys.

Cons: Directions are hard to understand.

Other: If you never had sea monkeys before or know some kids get a few of these and enjoy.

Pros: -It is fairly cheap -comes with all hte important stuff -Comes in packaging

Cons: -No manual
-Colour said is not coloured

Other: cheapest place to buy sea monkey set, but only buy it if you raised sea monkeys before.

Pros: Complete Sea Monkey Set including an air pump and little aquarium decoration.

Cons: The end of the airpump is not a proper aerating stone. It is just a fuzzy polyester ball. The gravel it came with was not coloured, just brown. Sea monkeys might get stuck in the gravel and die.

Other: Good startup set for sea monkeys. The tank has a stable base so it won't spill too easily.

Pros: good price, good service

Cons: I'm from australia and the sea moneky eggs and the food are taken by quarratine!!! so i didn't get to play with it at all!!! Before buying strongly recommend to ckeck if in your country this item is able to be posted. now i have to chase up the governemnt angency to have item destoryed or i pay the fine.

Other: excellent product, but maybe can't be posted overseas

Pros: This is excellent. I just bought them because I was skeptical and thought that they would not work or anything. I had to see it with my eyes, and I did! They work like a charm! In three days you have them all swimming!

Cons: No cons so far, except that you must guess and look on the net for instructions. There are no instructions on the box and the little that is printed on it does not give any info. A tiny spoon for the food would be a nice touch. I have troubles to make the food get wet and sink into the bottom of the tank for them to eat.

Other: This is cheap, and it works as expected. I just made a video with some kind of tutorial (basically showing what I did).

These little guys come in a decent package. It is glass, so watch it. It comes with everything pictured. Good stuff for a new family of pets.

My box has three steps. Mark, put and peed. Peed? No! That's feed. Feed! The gravel is small, the plant is tiny, but still, good price. It does not have as many eggs as pictured.

Other: It is glass, so keep that in mind for the little ones. It does not have a cover, so spills can happen. It has a good space that will prevent that, though. Mine hatched as advertisted and I could not be mopre happy with them. Late at night, however, I feel as if they are forming a takeover of me. I hear them plotting, but when the lights come on, they shut down. The big one, Jerry as I've learned he is named, is the leader. He thinks that by taking me out, he can rule the household. If this is my last entry, please feed my cats. I hope they are not attacked as well.

Pros: -Cute package, and fast shipping as always.
-The bowl is little and funny, so it doesn't take up a lot of space.
-Forage, sea water crystals, coloured sand and the eggs are all separated nicely in plastic bags. So easy to use.

Cons: -Instructions are vague, chinglish.
-Mine didn't hatched, follow the right instructions people!

Other: A great gift for your kids or for yourself! And if they do hatch, you've got a bunch of new friends.

Pros: The package it came in was damaged.
I ordered this with sku.1667 so I'd had reserve eggs food etc. It seems fun to take care of them and giving them food.

Cons: They didn't hatch I was disappointed because I thought they would hatch. Also the build quality was in my opinion very bad so I think this item is overpriced. The accessories showing on DX pictures are different.

Other: If you're lucky , you'll able to make them hatch otherwise don't have any expectations of this product because there's a big chance they won't hatch.

Pros: - Everything needed to get started is in the box, including bowl, food and so forth.
- Nice looking box
- Works as advertised
- I had mine for several months before my girlfriend made me throw them away

Cons: - Because of the glass you have a restricted way of viewing your animals because they need some kind of magnification
- Instructions could be better, like how to use all of the stuff that came in the box

Other: Fun to feed them and watch them grow bigger. It's a shame they're not bigger, because you can see them evolve if you look closely.

Pros: WOW, many things to say, i really buy it to see if they really work, because i want to see if a thing in a plastic bag can make live in a jar, xD it's funny it that works, ther are a pet but u dont need to make big things to them, only push a item to give them air and a little bit of meal

Cons: cons... I dont use it nowadays... here have 7ºC and it's so cold to that "animals" and i can't see if that work or dosn't work... I'm waiting to summer to see, u need 20ºC -27ºC I read in a forum, that aren't explained in that poor explications we have in the box, and i think we need a special spoon for the meal, to know how many give to the "animals" but dont be suministrated...

Other: I bought it, i cant use it until a hot temperature come's here, but I'm happy with that item =)
