Pros: - Super-long-lasting battery power, NC20 indicates about 8 hourd of usage - Compatible with both NC10 and NC20 (like the original ones) - Very firm build - Super-cheap compared to the original piece, and this one has more cells --> more capacity - The charge lasts long; I have recharged the battery twice in the past two weeks, been using it from time to time, and there's still almost half of the battery left from the second charge - The charge doesn't wear out if you don't use it for a few days --> good quality

Cons: - Quite big, which could be an issue when using with NC10, but with NC20 it's ok - No other cons I could think of

Other: Excellent purchase, good value for your money. If you are in need of a battery, buy this. I have the original one in super-good condition, but with this battery I can make the NC20 last for over 12 hours all together when using both batteries.
