Pros: Absolutely none, except if you want a blue LED, two resistors, a (bad quality) capacitor, a spring, and a fuse. It may also make your friends or relatives laugh at you, for your lack of sense and taste. The black plastic is pretty good and thick actually, can be easily salvaged for your DIY lighter-socket-powered projects.

Cons: Does nothing it was intended for. As you can guess, this is a blatant scam. This device has nothing to do with saving gas or reducing pollution. It's even worse, since it drains current from your battery just to light up a useless blue LED. It does nothing more ! No "patent pending" revolutionary technology in this product at all.

Other: Now that you know what's inside, you certainly don't have any more reason to buy this product. It doesn't do anything good and can even be dangerous.

Pros: At least you'll only be be throwing away $20.

Cons: For this thing to have a chance to work it would have to store so much energy that it would probably explode and kill you.

Other: A fool and his money are soon parted.

Pros: This is a very cheap product only cost less than $5.00. It works perfectly for me for the fuel savings, been using it for close to 2 weeks, my fuel consumption had saved 10% compare the fact that I been tracking my fuel consupution and only after I bought this product. It really works for me in saving my fuel consuption.

Cons: The increase in hose power doesnt work for me.

Other: Really have no idea how they do it, less than $5.00 worth of products had successfully help me to save 10% worth of fuel. In today economy, fuel cost are so high, buy saving 10% for my last petrol purchase, I had already save more than that $5.00. In my personal humble opinion, just buy it, there is nothing for you to lose although alot of people may not believe and may term it as scam. My bottomline is: you never try you never know and you never try you never expect it works perfectly and save you money. Just try it.

Pros: It has a pretty blue light.

Cons: I'm sorry but there is no way this product does anything other then light up. No fuel savings. No horsepower gains. I'm an automotive expert and can guarantee the claim of this product doing anything other then lighting up is impossible.

Other: Just use common sense when considering a product like this that claims even 10% improvement when there is no clear explanation how it works. And it can't even stabilize the voltage. That's what the voltage regulator does that controls the alternator.

Pros: Small. Light. Blue. Light on when operated.

Cons: It is gadget for dummies. It is not working. It is only inserted in your cigarette lighter socket in your car. And it is only making light by small LED, when you drive your car. It's all.

Other: Gadget for dummies or for stupid men. Inside NEO Socket only one LED, one capasitor, two resistors. It`s all. This elements not economized your fuel.

Pros: It works!!!!
Thats means it does everything it promises!
In fact, I didn't notice any power difference which I wouldn't care less
What make this blue small gadget amazing is that it really saves fuel!
I've tried in two situations:
First I went to work during a week without it. Then, I went with this installed. I found that I spent around 25% less in fuel.
The second situation was on the road. I went to this road, no inclination at all and at the same speed.
First, without it: 20km/l (Its a Honda Jazz/Fit CVT).
Second, I put this on my dashboard: 23km/l
That makes 3km/l difference. My car has 47l tank that means nearly 140km more with a tank!

Cons: Couldn't find any difference in horsepower

Pros: I purchased this device because of extremely low price compared to the cost of my fuel. I'm skeptical of the set to benefits and effectiveness of this device. Car manufacturers wanting to sell cars with low fuel consumption, would use in their production such a device. This is not the issue with the old cars like mine, produced before the creation of this technology. Actually device comprises a capacitor and LED. Through the condenser should be stabilized under the current and protects batteries and pads at peak current.

Cons: I do not know whether the device will improve the combustion process, improve the setting of spark plugs from the engine. If I knew maybe I'd be the inventor of this device.

Other: Nevertheless, I do not think I was wrong when purchasing the device.

Pros: This little gizmo, improved my average fuel economy from 11.2 Litres per 100 KM to 9.1 Litres per100 KM.

Cons: It uses one of only two 12 volt sockets in my car which leaves my wife and I to fight over the remaining one to charge our mobile devices

Other: This is a Great Value, for a couple dollars as a one time investment, I save a few dollars a week. ($1.32/Litre) and it helps the environment

Pros: I was very skeptical with this product, but for the money I had, I decided to try it. To my surprise, I can say that if it works. After two months of use I have confirmed that saving about 10% of gasoline in a car for 13 years.

Cons: Build a little delicate. This is the second use, since previously bought one that broke a few days of use. and although I changed the fuse, it still did not work.

Other: I am satisfied with the purchase.

Pros: Yes this works. The result is better when the battery don´t have more capacibillity of the car to remove the ripple from the alternator. The result of the save gas was 12 Km/L to 13,5Km/L.

Cons: The assembly quality is not good. I need to turned the device to illuminate the floor of the car.

Other: can believe ... this works. I will buy more 3 devices to my cars and give as gift.
