Pros: Very bright. Especially when using lithium batteries. Pretty good quality/build Nice toggle switch and magnetic base. Glow in the dark yellow band and button. Can click button fully to toggle on/off. Depress half way to change modes.

Cons: The 3 modes are pretty useless. High is very bright, not sure if it's 310 lm, but definitely at least 200+ lm - ok his is not a con. Stobe is too slow, and useless to me regardless. Low mode is too bright, at least 100+ lm. I guess you can just use low to conserve batteries. The smooth reflector give this light quite a throw, an orange peel reflector for this type of light would've been more appropriate. Does not remember last mode setting, always start in high.

Other: Darn bright, nice light, good value.

Pros: I just love this flashlight. I have like 4 other Cree lights I bought from DX (yeah, I love my flashlights) but this one beats them all in usefulness. It's not the strongest of all, but man it's just comfortable! An the magnet on the bottom, what a sweet thing to have in your car. And the fact that it comes with a charger adds some real nice touch. I planned to buy a charger, well I don't have to. The charger works great with clear and simple indication of charge status.

Pros: Bright. Very convinient flashlight. Charger in package. Workes from AA batteries.

Cons: Plastic cap. Getting hot in high mode. Can not disassemble head. Not protected 3.7v lithium battery in package. Be aware not to make deep discharge and destroy battery in package. Flashlight will light even with around 1V input, while lowest safe voltage for this type of battery is 2.6v. By this reason I had to by protected batteries separately.

Other: Overall I'm happy with this flashlight. However next time I would consider buying this flashlight, batteries and charger separately in order to have protected batteries.
