    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Flashlights at this size and price offer good value and are easily maintained. Worked out of the box. Didn't require any of the usual tweeking to get continuity in the circuit.

    Cons: O-rings are too thin and don't offer a good seal. Beam appears no brighter than than equivalently priced C3 flashlights and there is a distinctive multiple halo effect present in this flashlight.

    Other: Nothing to distinguish it from other C3 flashights at the same pricepoint.
