Nintendo DS Lite Portable Entertainment Console Limited Edition - Dragons (Refurbished)

Pros: Like new and less than $100. Looks awesome too and is a great deal considering this style case is not available for Nintendo DS (IQue only). Dragon design looks very nice and has etched feel. does not feel like dragon design would rub or chip off. I would much rather buy this like new product than take apart a used Nintendo DSL and use a $15 replacement housing.

Cons: Speaker quality seems to not be as good as the original. quality of case is not as good as the original (i.e. top shell, power and volume switch) but still looks/plays fine. Had about 5 dead pixels in upper screen but was able to fix with homebrew utility (link below).

Other: Great price and looks brand new (still had protective film on screen and case). quality could be better but all in all I think it's still a great deal.

Pros: -It's an NDSLite, and have everything a ndslite can offer.
-Very nice casing, doesn't feel fragile.
-Nothing else to say here, it's simply an nds, and everything looks to works, wifi, touch screen, buttons...

Cons: -My bottom screen is a little more yellow than the top screen (plain white), not a big problem as ingame it's impossible to notice.
-The tip of my stylus was a little damaged, so it could have scratched the touch screen if there was no screen protectors, I changed the stylus, now everything is fine.

Other: -In my country, we have to pay a little more than two time the price from here to have an NDS, yes it does have warranty... but you'll maybe never have to use it, and most nds problems can be easily repaired by yourself.
-Actually it's my second nds lite, I also have one bought locally, I love the two of them.

Pros: It is a cheap option Original Box and Manuals Original Power Supply Allows use of portable platform for other It came well packaged and protected in the housing and lcd displays, including the serial number intact.

Cons: The battery of my durability and showed little change I had to have a few more minutes of games. The housing seems to be loose and it makes some grinding noises when playing with him. The rubber feet fell on their handling.

Cons: - Take too long to arrive. I made the order on December 2011, and arrives on April 2012.

Other: - Very cheap itens from my orders came broken or not working. But this DS is not the case. It's a pity that RMA's take so long to finish. Its about 1.5 month to arrive on Brasil. Then, if something is wrong, takes more 1.5 month to send from Brasil to China, then more 1.5 month to came back.

Pros: - Both screens and battery life, my main concerns originally, are outstanding in quality. - Despite the replaced parts it all looks, feels and works EXACTLY like it would on a brand new Nintendo DS Lite. - Awesome price. - I made the order and 21 days later the product was in my hands. Excellent time considering it was purchased during holidays season, my country is ‘lazy’ with international packages and the shipping was free. - No taxation problems. It was not taxed and even if it was, it would've been a very small fee as it was shipped as ‘NDS parts’ with a very small price tag on it.

Cons: - Many parts seem to be replaced. You would expect a refurbished product to have very few replaced parts (only the defective ones in the original product) but that doesn't seem to be the case. - The box looks very simple and besides a very simple manual there is no paperwork with it like when you buy a brand new DS. That may indicate the case and maybe some of the internal components in the product are not original. - The charger doesn't have a Nintendo logo on it, it’s definitely fake. Some fake chargers are said to be dangerous or inefficient. That doesn't seem to be the case though. The charger has proven to be of very good quality so far.

Other: I've got the product two days ago and have been using it almost non stop since. The quality is outstanding all things considered and the price is really good. I definitely recommend it.

Pros: The product, NDS Lite Limited Edition, has arrived in a very good state of use. There's no big problems with the time of arrival because I was already warned about the time that will be spended. I'm still using it and i really enjoy it. I recommend.

Cons: If you're a brazilian consumer, you have to prepare for a month of waiting for the product. But it will be arrived on your house. So be patient.
