Nokia BL-5J Compatible Rechargeable Li-ion Battery (3.7V 1320mAh)

Pros: - Cheap... (can buy 10 for the same amount as 1 original)

Cons: They look as the original though not as neat. The hologrraphic sticker is a fake (simulating to be holograpghic) and the (grey) sticker around the battery is to loose.
- Don't know about battery security for over-charging, will find that out after the first charge. (5800 is still under warrenty ;-))
Biggest con;
The are a fraction to big. You really have to use some strength to place it in the 5800.

Other: Good buy if you dare to use some strength to place the battery and assuming it contains a overcharge safety

Pros: - Great price, about tenth of the original battery.
- Almost convincing to be the original battery, but a sharp eye can still spot the difference.
- Charges well and works just like the original, I can't tell the difference between the two when it comes to performance or talking time.
- Fits well, although a bit tighter than the original battery.

Cons: - As I wrote about, a bit tighter than the original battery, but still fits in quite easily, so it's not really a con.

Other: Great as a spare battery, to be carried around so you'll never get caught without being able to use your phone.

Pros: Really Cheap, No Charging problems or overcharging. Looks like an original Nokia battery.

Cons: Low battery life, this isn't a 1320mAh like advertised. I get about half of my original battery time with this one, so I would guess it's more close to 700-800mAh.

Other: It's a good buy, you can't beat the price even if the battery life is shorter than the original one, you could basically have 2 of those with an external charger. I use this battery as a backup, I travel a lot and sometimes I can't charge my phone, so having this battery in hand becomes real handy!

But: ...

Cons: ... it's rater useless:
first of all it doesn't fit very well - you have to force pushing it in the phone.
well, THIS can be corrected easily with a sharp cutter, removing 1 mm of plastic on each side,
worse is the capacity: After more than 5 cycles of dis-/charging it lasts not even half the time of original Nokia.
But worst is, that the mobile shows "full" most of the time, and then all over sudden the voltage drops that fast, that there are only one or two warntones, before the mobile switches off :-(

Other: U get what you pay. O.K. for an emergency battery.
I will store it in the car (underneath where it's cool!!!) for worst case backup

Pros: The price is Great It fits good to my nokia 5800 without problem! Charging time is as original nokia bl-5j Very good for backup! Don't worry! This battery has not problem with overcharging

Cons: As many people said it is not 1320 mah It is about only 60-70% of original bl-5j. I can use it before discharging 1-1.5 day.

Other: Buy it if you usually forget to charge your phone :-)

Pros: It's really cheap and it fits good into mine Nokia 5800. The construction is nicely done.
It seems to me that charging time is quicker than with the original battery.

Cons: The battery life is *really* short. For example today it lasted just 2 or 3 hours of normal phone usage (some net browsing, GPS, calling...).

Other: Good to have this one around as a last resort solution. I definitely can't recommend it as main battery for day to day use. You'll get exactly what you pay for - for the price you can't expect anything great.

Cons: The battery really does not last. My original Nokia n900 battery lasts an entire day. The new ones I purchased here barely last a couple of hours on standby.
It dies even quicker as soon as I use any sort of data on my phone.

Other: Thought it might be worth having a few batteries lying around incase my original is not charged.
However the product seems to be of poor quality and can be used for a brief time only in case of emergency.
I was hoping it to be of comparable quality to my nokia n900 battery, but I'm sadly disappointed. It's not worth the money...

Other: I only use the battery for emergencies only, if I run out of battery and I need to make an important call and say "i'm running out of battery" the minute i make the call. It doesn't worth the money in my opinion, but feel free to see if you like it.

Pros: Very cheap, easily installed on my phone

Cons: The battery life is too small(10-20 minutes)! Bad assembly.

Other: A bad battery, not worth the money, the assembly is bad. I do not recommend.

Pros: For the low price, it is a great buy! I was happy to get because it was my first purchase on DX. The product came well packaged and everything right. I received my package around three weeks here in Brazil.

Cons: In fact, the battery does not seem to be original. And life it seems to be much smaller, it is necessary to carry it any longer. At first I thought the battery was wrong because I could not fit it in my nokia, but I realized that was because the product is new that was not fitting. But then I pushed and entered normally.
