What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -Easy to interface with Arduino / allready have a library to use with Arduino. -Good range: about 10 meters inside walls. -Lot's of code examples. -Connection interface: SPI
Cons: -Connectors: you can't connect the board to a breadboard or to Arduino without modifing the connector, or using some kind of adapter. -You cannot (easly) change the board to connect and external antenna to extend the range.
Other: It's nice to use this in your DIY project. You can easily put your Arduino modules to communicate wireless.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Same design as suggested in chips datasheet, therefor working very well. Indoors range is around 10m as previous reviewer said, and outdoors range is over 50m, (that's how far i tested it only..) Board is really small 32x13mm. There are ready made libraries for Arduino (i tested with RF24 lib, but there is also one called Mirf)
Cons: Connector doesn't fit on breadboard, you need wires to connect or make adapter board. Not very easy to mod to use bigger antenna.
Other: If you need to move a lot of data back and forth, between some mcu-s you will need this. Very quick to get it working on Arduino thanks for ready made libraries. And price is also better than anywhere else.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The product is easy to use and has good documentation (datasheet) which is available on the WEB. The datasheet is available on the official Nordic Semiconductor website. Three are a lot of software examples there as well as other useful documents. It has connector and you do not need to sold it on the board.
Cons: Can not be supplied with 5V. Some other Wireless modules have additional direct channel that send UART signal but NRF24L01 does not have.
Other: I recommend it using with all microcontrolles.
