Pros: This charger has the follow functions:
1. You can charge 1 battery or 2 battery's at the time.
2. The led turns directly to green when the bettery is full and stops charging until you reintall the battery (s)
3. This charger charge your battery's to 4.28 volts when you have used the new battery's for 1-4 time (s), when you're battery's are fresh and new then to 4.17 volts.
Cons: The charger makes a littlebit noise when on without battery's in it, the noise is gone after you charge the battery's.
This noise isn't loud tough, you only can hear it if you hold your ear at it.
Other: If you need a good build quality 18650 battery charger with europe plug, get this one!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Does the job very well. In my oppinion charges quite quickly. Build quality feels good. Has the European plug. Also US plug version available as sku 6105.
Cons: Supports only 18650 batteries. More flexibility would be nice. So I am using some home made spacers.
Other: Very good 18650 charger.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Quite sturdy appearance, wont break apart too easily. Has two individual charging channels and two leds to inform the charging status so one can charge only one cell at a time if so wishes. The led is red when charging and turns green when charging is complete. Very simple.
Cons: I don't think you can charge LiFePO4 cells with this charger.
Other: If you need a charger with EU style power plug to charge 3.6v 18650 cells, this is the right choice. Highly recommended.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Can charge 1 or 2 batteries at the same time.
- EU plug.
- Cheap.
- Led lights so you know when your batteries are fully charged.
- Build quality feels good.
Cons: - 18650 only (con if you use other types of atteries, I dont...)
- OEM packaging.
Other: Very good charger, no need for US/UK adapters (if you live in the EU). Very easy to use and works great. Good charger if you don't need to charge CR123 etc batteries. 18650 is the way to go anyway.
I can really recommend this one, atleast if you want a EU plug.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: What can I say other than it works. The batteries charge up, the light turns green. Batteries last a long time, so they must be being charged OK. Charged two 2400mAh batteries in 3 hours, which should be about right for a 1 amp charger.
Cons: Not fused. Needs a UK plug. The travel adapters (e.g., sku.2709) don't do a good job with the 2 pin euro plus. I had to buy some proper fused adapters.
Other: If you need a 18650 charger buy this one!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - I received the version with 2 x 1 A. It charges very fast two TrustFire Protected 18650 Lithium Battery (SKU 5776) at the same time.
- The two channels are independent, each with its own LED!!!
- EU-Plug.
Cons: - If you want to charge CR123A you will have to build a spacer. I don't want to charge Cany R123A with this, so there is no con for me at all.
Other: If you want a charger for use in the EU and you don't have any CR123A to charge, this is the one you should choose. It seems to be nearly perfect and it's cheap, too. I love it!

Pros: Very qualitative and inexpensive charger. Was worried by cheap chargers, but this perfectly works.
It is cut off approximately on 4,18—4,2 V charge on the battery.
2 channels, can work with one and two batteries.
Quality of assemblage the fine.
Euro plug.
Works ONLY with 18650.
Cons: None for the price.
Other: Fine variant if you search inexpensive but qualitative battery charger for 18650.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Received this charger a few days ago. Works great, voltage cut off for both channels measured to be 4.2v exactly. Batteries are not hot to touch at all time. LED changes from red (charging) to green (charging finish) and bright.
Cons: Leaving the Li-ion in the charger after it turns green will increase the voltage to about 4.24v. Might be a bit scary.
LED however, will glows green even when there's no battery in the charger. Hence, there's a likelihood that a poor contact might cause an 18650 not to be charge when the user would think that the batt is fully charged.
Other: Overall, cheap and great charger. While there're cons, but considering the price paid, the cons does not seems so crucial. And this charger charged an 18650 faster than my Li-ion (1A) for camera battery improved to charge 18650 by 1 time.

Pros: - does what it is supposed to do...
- charges 18650 lithium batteries...
- european style round plug...
- price is good...
- cable is long enough...
- light signalization - red means "charging", green means "ready"...
Cons: - looks like a plastic box from behind - design is not very trendy...
- usable only for 18650s... when you have more types of lithium 3.7V batteries - this charger is not good for you, i use only 18650 type, so i do not care of another types...
Other: - buy one ;)

Pros: The two charge channels are separate, each charges at 1A constant current rate when battery terminal voltage in channel 1 is less than 2.8V, and 4.0V in Channel 2. When placing the charger upright with the LED's at the bottom, the left position I called channel 1, and the other ch2 arbitrarily.
Above this threshold, the charger behaves like a constant voltage sources of 4.236V throught a limiting resistor of 1.1 ohm in channel 1, and 2.0 ohm in channel 2.
Channel 1 starts charging at 0.0V (1A+), and Ch2 not until above 0.6V.
One special use for me is to combine both ch1 and ch2 to become a 2A charger for large Li-On cell.
Both would not charged if cells are loaded in reverse polarity (thank goodness!)
Cons: It is weird to have two channel separate but different. Can't tell whether it is a faulty design or a feature.
Anyway, 1. charging at constant current without bringing it to say 2.5V at triggle charge risk damaging the Li-On as is recommended.
2. The charger does not cut off after reaching 4.22 Volt. I suggested a AC timer be used to cut off power after say 2 hrs. or 30 minutes after the lighs goes green, if remove them.
3. Avoid using it to charge other size battery. The rest are of smaller capacities and may be damaged.
Other: It doesn't matter as it works beautifully. The strong contact springs are definitely plus whcih ensure good contact. This will be my work horse for years
