    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Only 1 aa battery. my other emergency charger uses 4 AAA. big differens

    Cons: doesn't support the newer sony ericsson and nokias. and if you pull out the plug from the charger the phone shuts off, because of short circuit. but if you disconnect it by pulling the plug from the phone there is no problem, little hard to screw on cap,

    Other: Some things need to be done, then this is a awesome emergency charger

  • Good to have if your battery runs out unexpectedly

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: It can really get you out of a jam if your phone is out of battery. No need to change the phone battery just plug in the charger. Works fine with a rechargeable 1.2V/2300mAh AA battery.

    Cons: No major cons, just that the battery cap is pretty difficult to screw/unscrew.

    Other: Does what it's supposed to, been using it for a while now and i see no bad effects on the phone or phone battery.
