Optical Audio Adapter for Xbox 360 (15cm-Length)

Pros: Works perfectly. Cost much less than the original M$-product. Does fit when the HDMI-cable is in use (wich the original RCA-cabel connector does not!)

Cons: Hmm.. Though one! I guess there just are not any cons to tell about, because there are no cons at all!

Other: Click "Add to basket" if you have a Xbox 360, you'll never know when you'll need it! And you can afford it!

Pros: It seems to work properly. It does feed sound to my Turtle Beach headset.

Cons: This adapter looks exactly like the one made by MS. However, it does not have the stamp of quality control by MS. It could be an issue. My console reboots everytime I plug it in. Also, it is a snug fit at the back with the HDMI cable there. The cable doesn't always go all the way in, which was an issue at beggining. I would have liked to have known that it is not an "official" MS product but a "knockoff" with no origin.

Other: Perfect product if you do not care about its make or potential quality. If you prefer an MS dongle with the seal from MS to avoid any problems, forego this one. The price is cheap but other still quite cheap ones can be found online if it is important to you. Otherwise, it is as described. And it is a good deal.

Cons: As you touch it its perfectly clear that this product is an issue. The console reboots everytime you plug it in, but also every time that you change your TV mode to HDMI where the console is connected. I know this because I use the same TV with my computer and a multimedia player, and each time I change from XBOX to PC and then back (for example to see a walkthrough of a game) I get a reboot.

Other: I was tired of hearing my XBOX audio from the TV stereo speakers. Now I use it with a 5.1 speakers set without digital input, but able to convert the stereo input to virtual dolby surround. The sound experience is just great! At least until I change my home cinema or get an A/V Receiver.

Pros: It works fine!. Sound experience is now great. It's cheaper than the full pack of Microsoft. It looks original.

Cons: The console reboots everytime you plug the cable in and also every time that you change your TV mode to HDMI where the console is connected. It's not a big problem, since it will only happen the first time you power on your XBOX.

Other: I already had an HDMI cable and I didn't want to buy Microsoft's pack, which includes another HDMI cable that I don't need. Good deal for me and anyone who owns a home theater.

Pros: Works perfectly on my console paired with Yamaha receiver.
Sound over optical cable is digital so there is no noise when you maximize volume on your receiver.

Cons: If you find cons i will give you 10$.

Other: If you wanna connect audio from your Xbox 360 to
some HI-FI receiver, this is MUST have.

Other: A must buy! Excellent price-quality relation. The producto works as it's said. I have no problems at all, just plug and enjoy (make sure to configure your xbox sound preferences to 2.1 surround for best quality).

When he had not, I had to make an adaptation of the wire that came in the console so I could use the console in the home theater, and when I discovered that I was very happy I bought today and I am totally satisfied and recommend it to everyone who wants to connect to your console thear home. Pros: [1] high-quality overall construction [2] packaging was just right - ziploc pack; non-excessive. [2] fits well to the respective port, with space for the HDMI plug - unlike the VGA cable.

Cons: none.

Other: If you have an Xbox 360 and are intending to hook it up with a monitor (1) without speakers, and (2) without 3.5 mm output, get these two as mentioned above, and you're set. No need to spend any more just to get audio ;]

Pros: Picked these up for my Xbox to use with my Turtle Beach x12's. So far so good, seems like a good buy and the price is definitely appealing

Cons: None really at the moment. They do their job. Very easy to hook and and a good product.

Other: Bottom line, they are a good buy for the money. Just adding in some extra characters now as this review requires a certain amount of them. Which I do think is quite ridiculous. It is possible to give an informative review with less.
