Outdoor Survival Emergency Whistle w/ Back Clip (Random Color)

Pros: It is a whistle and does that well. It has two chambers so it is a two tone whistle which makes hearing it from a distance better. Just what you are looking for in a survival or emergency situation. The plastic is strong enough and the clip works great. Mine was bright orange so it is easy to find. I keep it clipped on to my daypack. It has a hole where you can attach a string to wear it around your neck if you wish.

Cons: Not much bad to say about it. It is plastic.

Other: If you need a whistle for safety or emergencies, this is a good design that does what it is supposed to. If you blow this whistle people will definitely hear it. The built in clip makes it easy to attach to a pack or belt and the price is right.

Pros: This is a wet whistle and often ones like these are found on life jackets. One often can pay up to $10 for these at a scuba store. Nice clip and hole for lanyard or papacord.

Cons: Comes in random colours my first one was black but I ordered two more based on this model and I hope I get one orange one.

Other: You pay a lot more for these in a survival or scuba shop do yourself a favor and

Pros: Lightweight, great sound, loud whistles and you can pass easily a few feet of paracord by engagement of the back. The clip also be used to don't lose if you do not have any rope.

Cons: How it is made of plastic it could burn

Pros: - Easy to use - Possibility to add a lanyard - I had 2 orange ones, really easy to spot - Clip - Loud sound

Cons: - None i can think of, maybe you need to blow a bit hard to make a loud sound.

Pros: strong, easy to clip onto things, bright beyond bright, loud. nice design, very low price. easy to attack string or lanyard through any of its holes. 2 tones so the sound can be heard better from farther

Cons: no colour selection, need to blow a little hard to get decent sound

Other: good buy if you dont mind random colour, then i would definitely recommend it :)

Pros: It seems to be solidly built, and the lanyard hole is very useful. The built in clip is handy for attaching to webbing, belts, straps, pockets etc

Cons: Would have liked to have been able to choose the colour, but at this price, this is not a big concern.

Other: if it was a little cheaper, it would be a no-brainer to buy several for emergency kits.
