Pros: So Panasonic puts out a firmware upgrade that all it does is not allow you to use anything but their batteries. Yes, they've had third party batteries explode but how many in reality ??? If you had an old Panasonic you don't do the upgrade. If you get a new camera you could downgrade back to older versions with a bit of "trickery" on the firmware name. I received a new FT1 with 1.2 on it, and came straight to Deal Extreme. No way I'm paying for a Panasonic branded battery. Had all the old firmwares ready to go in case I needed them, but NOPE this battery works with Firmware 1.2 straight out of the box !!! . I can buy 6 of these batteries for the price of one Pana one.
Cons: Not quite sure of the run time yet....
Other: Good work guys !

Pros: Put it straight from the package in my FS7 with newest firmware (1.1). It just works. Higher capacity than original. Fits perfect, as well in the camera as in the loader. Much cheaper (6-8 of these for one real one). Brought in piece of plastic to protect the connections.
Cons: Could not yet check the capacity. Probably problems with newer firmware. But most probably the original batteries could have a problem too.
Other: If you need a battery, buy a few of these. They're great!

Pros: It's work for my F2 and FS12 camera without any firmware problem.
It's almost same size like Original one with better capacity(more energy).
Low price and good for replace the current battery or as spare. Original one cost around US$70 in my country.
Cons: No.
Run time a bit short as It's state as 1000MaH.
Need further test on run time,
Other: Recommend to all. Other 3rd party battery normally will cost around US$25 and above

Pros: An original battery to power my DMC-FT2/TS2 will cost me at least 7 times the price i paid for this deal i got from DX. The battery came pre-charged and i pop them into the camera to verify if it works with the updated software. IT DID!
Cons: None really. Maybe the printing on the battery can be thinner so the battery will slide easily in and out from the compartment.
Other: For the price i paid and how it is working, no complains. I charged them both at the same time and so far has used up the first battery while the second one is still holding the charges well. I use my camera once or twice a week, each time taking perhaps up to 20 photos when i bike or run...and with the original batt with me and two more spare i got from DX, it will be a long time before i need to worry about the camera running out of juice!

Pros: Battery has worked flawlessly since purchasing (approx 3 months)
We used this battery during our entire holiday and kept the original as a backup. We didn't need to use the original.
The additional plastic housing that came with the battery was a nice touch and we used this to store the original battery when not in use.
Charges correctly using the original battery charger.
Cons: Packaging made the product look cheap however did not affect the quality.
Other: Would purchase again

Pros: I use it on my DMC-FS8 to have a replacement for the original (needed mostly in long trips without charging posibilities). I can say:
- Really cheap battery!
- Works perfectly fine.
- It came fully charged!
- Fits perfectly.
- Works as the original one!
- No firmware problems.
- No charging problems (with the original camera charger).
Cons: None that can I mention right know...
Other: If you need a battery for your Panasonic camera, you need this one. The price is important: much much cheaper than an original one and works exactly the same! It's excellent!

Pros: -->The only difference between this battery and genuine one is appearance. It has exactly the same capacity and works in my camera (Panasonic DMC-FS10) like the original one
-->With the battery you get plastic holder. It prevents shorting the contacts or dirting them when you carry the battery in your pocket.
Cons: -->Only the plastics which covers the inside metal cell is very thin, if you squeeze it in your hand at top and bottom, the plastics will bulge. But no problem in "real life"
Other: Excellent battery. If you need one for your camera, buy it!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Performs exactly (or better) as the original.
Long battery life.
Fits perfectly in my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS11.
Cons: None.
Other: Buy this if you never want to suddenly run out of battery power. Keep it as a spare. Must have. I've been switching between the original and backup batteries and I don't notice any difference. Both batteries last for over 1000 pictures/a few months.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: I got four batteries so really have only tried one. It is fantastic! The camera is new so I am still playing with a lot of the functions reviewing and deleting pictures. I was surprised how short a time the original Lumix lasted. I have not done a discharge time comparison but so far can not fault the battery pack. It appears to last a long long time. I have been using the flash a lot
Cons: my case dose not appear to be flexible. The only thing that makes it look cheap is that the printed voltage of 3.7V is written over in ball point to read 3.6
Other: Very pleased that I have them for a long trip where I will not be able to charge any replacements. Would not hesitate to buy them again
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Simply perfect. - Performance: Better than the original one. - Compatibility: Compatible with more models than described. Compatible with DMC-F3 , compact camera too!! - Prize: Panasonic has batteries for 60 €, that's the same battery, better performance, more capacity for about the 20% of the total prize.
Cons: No cons at all. Everything seems to be pros n_n
Other: Nothing more. I bought, i received, i charged and i i used it every weeked to shot football matches. It worked perfectly.
