    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: build quality looks good

    Cons: didnt work for me even though i have a TV-out port.

    Other: useless for me as it didnt work. I'd advise caution for anyone contemplating buying this.

    Pros: -cheap -seems solidly built

    Cons: -none... I just didn't do my research

    Other: -This doesn't convert a signal meant for a monitor (VGA) to a TV signal (RCA). It just changes physical interfaces.

    Pros: Well built.

    Cons: Will not work with most of the VGA out connection. No manual or documentation.

    Other: Buy it IF AND ONLY IF you are sure this will work with your system.

    Pros: Can't beat the price. Good quality build.

    Cons: Even though I did my research, made sure my video card (ATI HD 4850) supports TV OUT through VGA, It didn't work.

    Other: I haven't seen any reviews that it actually worked for anybody. But for the price its worth a try.
