PCI/ISA/USB Laptop 6-Digit Motherboard Analyzer/Diagnostic Test POST Card

Pros: -Best POST card
-Connects to desktops, laptops and Parallel Ports.
-Includes a remote display, which enables you to see the codes when the card is deep down in the computer.
-Reset button on the remote display is useful to re-test.
-Plugs direcly in the Parallel Port, no cable required.
-Includes all the cables necessary for proper use.

Cons: -None that I can see.

Other: -Great device for the price.
-Purchased it so that I would have it if I ever need it...

Pros: Is a nice motherboard analyzer, good build quality, the extra display is very useful.
I really like this extra accesory specialy when you test the mainboard directly in the computer case and is away from you.
I've used this analyzer in desktop computer and also in laptops. Work great for me.

Cons: The codes in the manual are hard to understand.
Is not really clear and if you are not an expert you can get lost. So don't expect to be easy.

Other: Cheap and nice mainboard tester, is a nice buy. I'm happy with this buy.

Pros: It simply works and works good.
6 digits — it's good to see more information.
External display allows testing in hard to reach places, for example at user workplace.
Good build quality.

Cons: Hard to read displays in sunny places (but i don't think that you'll be using this outside :).

Other: I think this is the best test card.
It costs 2 times less than any device of this type (but less functional) in Moscow-city and it works best.
It used for 2 years and i hope will work more :)

Pros: Nice diagnostic analyzer for computers. It can connect to all kind of computers as it has PCI, USB etc. plugs. The display is very clear and it shows the output/error codes

Cons: As the board can only display numeric codes, it is necessary to always keep the manual together. As it is a complex board, the instructions should be more clearer in how to use it (and unfortunately they are not).

Other: Cheap board for somebody looking for a POST diagnostic board that can work on most recent PCs and laptops.

Pros: For me, in this level of money, is the best tester i ve tried. Not only gives you the numer codes we all know, but also shows if the system has stability or not, something that is gonna help you to found future problems that probably you are not having yet. Although, has the second screen, very helpful if you connect it into a pc on to a PCI slot

Cons: If i have to say something bad, maybe the book has veeeeeeeery small letters to read it

Other: You need to have one of this tool into your toolbox
