Pros: Well made and works well. Supports most current PC's. Can pinpoint a problem is a few minutes that would otherwise take much time.
Cons: There is no info on the USB and D25 port. I have yet to find what that does. Manual is fairly basic.
Other: If you repair computer, get this. It would be paid for on one job.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: can diagnosis what is wrong with the comp cheap a lot of solutions.
Cons: It has some bad soldering points, some small bridge on it.
Hard to understand the manual

Pros: Is a must have product for all the ones dedicated to the pc repair. Can locate a hardware problem just plugin the card to the pc an reading the manual. You can save a lot of time in the pc repair. Manual included.
Cons: The manual is not very complete.
No information about the parallel port and the usb port on the card.
Other: Save time in the pc diagnose.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Provides quick diagnosis of a downed machine, saving a lot of troubleshooting. Works either by plugging into an internal PCI slot, or externally by hooking up to both parallel (for diagnostic signals) and usb (for power). The dual-port method also works great on laptops.
Cons: Included manual is not very good. Recommend downloading and printing out one of the ones linked on the forum to use as your reference.
Other: A great value for all the time saved where troubleshooting by beep codes can be inconclusive, if the bios even beeps at all.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It's very easy to install.
The fact that it has a LED display on both sides is a very nifty feature.
Cons: It did not resolve the problem I'm having with my Compaq Presario SR1727NL. The computer display's the Compaq POST screen and then freezes.
The PCI card display's a number 50 errorcode on the LED display, wich means " Write All CMOS values Back to RAM and Clear". So basicly there's nothing wrong, according to the Diagnostic card...
Other: A good product but I did not got it to work properly.

2. Very solid build. Looks not cheap!!!
3. PCI and USD connection. So you can use it with desktop computers (using USB or PCI) or with laptops (using USB).
Cons: 1. User manual can be better.
2. When using USB connection it looks less accurate than using PCI connection.
3. I had some problems with Abit motherboards
4. Sometimes it shows error but computer works perfectly. Or sometimes it shows that every is ok but computer works with a lot of errors.
Other: Buy one to your PC repairing equipment. It can save a lot of time. Sometimes it can misslead because you cant trust it 100%. But most of the time it helps. So buy this and save your time!!! Recommended!!!

Pros: - Simple to use/understand.
- Can be used externally ( via the parallel port connection ), as well as internally ( on the PCI bus ).
- good build quality.
Cons: - form factor may make it impossible to use parallel connection without extension cable. ( ie space occupation overlaps nearby connectors )
- Included manual is almost completely useless.
Other: Good, performs as represented. Get one if you need it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Have digits on both sides of the card
- Fits in a PCI slot, present in virtually all mobos, even the older ones
- Have connector for use in the parallel port, so it can be used to diagnose notebooks (I did not tested it)
- Good build quality
- The price is amazing. The cheaper similar here in Brazil costs around US$ 95,00
Cons: - The manual do not cover all BIOS listed in the product description. It has the codes for AMI, AWARD and Phoenix/Tandy. Maybe the card support it, but is useless if you don't know what means the code presented. Also, it has no explanation about what means the LEDs on the side, and how to connect the 2-wire connector that cames in the package (I don´t know what it does).
- By the way, it didn't came in a "package", just in a small plastic bubble sack with all inside
Other: I do not use it professionally, so I can't tell if it supports a stressful use. But for this price, it worth the buy even for a "curious" hardware tweaker like me.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Better price
- Good construction
- Two LED displays (both sides)
- Can be used with any computer with Parallel port (old printers) also, including old laptops.
Cons: - Incomplete manual
- Does not comes with Parallel cable (DB25)
- USB is only for power when using Parallel connection, not for diagnostic
Other: USB or Parallel is for when not using as PCI.
JP2 is to connect to MB speaker using the cable that comes with this board.
This infos was not in the manual.
